Can corroborate this location's reputation for unfriendly & off-putting retail "service"."You'll need to seal the box before I can sell you the label"Can I just buy the label now and seal & drop the package later?"No." *stares at me blankly until I walk away*.Could have offered to sell me a strip of tape, or upsold me to the next service level in which packing materials are included, but no attempt was made to provide goods or services.USPS offers most of their services directly through their website now anyway, so if the retail staff are trying to prove that their jobs are no longer necessary they're doing great work.

I can't believe that I am writing a review about a local USPS, but I am SO done with this place, all the workers are unbelievably rude, they don't want to help you at all and when they do, they act like you are inconveniencing them. I had once a $300 dollar package from Japan that was supposed to be delivered to my door, and they left a pink slip on my door stating that I wasn't home to pick up the package, oh, but I was because I am a stay at home wife that hardly leaves so when I went to go pick it up the next day they told it was marked as delivered so they didn’t have it on site and I told them to find it since it wasn't delivered. 3 days ago by and I get another pink slip saying if I don't retrieve my package from my local USPS they were going to send it back to Japan. So obviously I was pissed and went in demanding to know where my package was, and I wrote a formal compliant and guess what? My $300 package from Japan showed up the next day and was told that the driver “forgot” to deliver it. I also run a small side hustle where I mail out envelopes that are 6x4 and under 1 ounce, this means it requires one forever stamp (Literally on the USPS website it states this), however apparently this is up for debate to this local USPS because they return every single item I send out causing my side hustle to lose money. I also sent out 2 almost identical tracked items to Canada once only difference was the name and address, customs was the same and this place sent me back 1 OF THE TRACKED packages for what reasons? “Incomplete customs form” but I literally copied and pasted the exact customs form from the first package to the second and double-checked everything to make sure it was right, so why did the first package get sent and not the second? I couldn’t get an answer out of them for this. A different time I had to use the mail window and the guy who I talked to was inconceivably rude towards me, he rolled his eyes constantly and kept sighing at everything I said. He spent 30 minutes - not exaggerating looking for my package and the entire time I heard him in the back throwing packages and laughing. Eventually he opened the door and told me he couldn’t find it and to come back later and slammed the door in my face, in front of like 4 others he ignored waiting for his help. I have also had many, and I do mean many, envelopes get returned to me that has obviously been sliced open and rummaged through. I bought an SSD for my computer and I started documenting everything I send out for this reason since I think someone is trying to steal from me, I received back an envelope that was sliced open from the bottom and when I looked at the inside contents, something that was taped to the inside of the card to the physical item itself was no longer taped to it and instead taped to the outside. The only way this was possible is if someone opened the envelope, and took out the card (which I put the seam of the card at the bottom of the envelope so the opening of the card which is also taped, is at the opening of the envelope) and went through the card and tried to close it back up. (Who ever put the card back in put it in facing the wrong way and upside down). I don’t want to say that someone is stealing at this USPS since it's an extremely strong accusation, but the amount of times I have received back sliced envelopes with the cards being funky and the things in the card being different from how I packaged it has happened more than once.

I had a terrible experience today at this post office. The man was extremely rude and didn't want to help me. I got a notice saying my package was ready for pickup at this post office. Oddly, because it was supposed to come to my house. The man refused to help me and said it was a scam, and I insisted it was a trusted site, but he sent me to "ring a bell" that didn't even work. I returned to the counter, after pulling out up on the USPS website so he could see it wasn't a scam, and he handed me a post it pad said to write down my tracking number, and he demanded that I move so he could help other people. I said, "Why am not a priority? Why are you treating me this way?" I went to write down the tracking number, got back in line, and a nice lady, who witnessed the whole thing, came up and helped me. She tried finding my package but couldn't because it was still on the mail carriers vehicle. She didn't understand why, either. NO PACKAGE and left feeling so anxious and upset. I WILL BE MAKING A FORMAL COMPLAINT. NO ONE DESERVES TO BE TREATED THIS WAY. Palay, I believe, is how she pronounced his name when I asked what it was.

Everytime I deal with a worker behind the counter it feels like a hassle for them to do their job. Never had a good experience.

Returned my package even though the address was correct. They do not answer their phones so I can’t do anything about it.

I went in to open P.O. Box lady behind the counter was playing on her phone and did not notice me till her coworker said something. She acted as if helping me was an inconvenience. I told her to have a lovely day, and she just said yep, thanks very rude and unpleasant. Would have turned around and not even opened a P.O. Box if it wasn’t for the thief at my apartment complex.

If i could give this place less than a star I would. Went in on 2 separate occasions with no answers on a package being returned to my job. Asked the lady a question and she ignored me twice. As I asked her again in front of other patrons, she answered me rather rudely. never again.

Waited 15 minutes, only movement was all the people in front of me giving up. No one at counter, no sign of life here. Gave up and looking for another post office that might have people working. Shouldn't happen at 8:45am.

We have the best mailman in history. Never have received other people’s mail in 6 years (which seems to be a common complaint) always courteous and friendly. Window clerks a different story.

After years of dealing with the rising cost of a PO Box and having them just jam stuff in with no regard for what was already in the PO Box and smashing my mail with small packages and magazines, zero customer service and apparently when they don’t just let their phone ring endlessly they will pick it up and hang it up immediately.
