I came into this location to upgrade my phone because there was a great deal. I also purchased a screen protector. Everything went wrong after I left.I found out later that the sales person changed my plan during the upgrade process without telling me or asking for my consent. I ended up on a plan that I never would have agreed to. I was on the phone with Verizon reps for a long time to change my plan back.I also found out they sold me the wrong screen protector and the screen I got partially covers the front camera as a result. I revisited the store to get the right screen protector for my phone, but because I went in after 30 days had passed, they wouldn’t accept a trade in despite selling me the wrong product in the first place.Just a really bad customer experience at this branch in particular. I strongly recommend going elsewhere.

My travels required better coverage than I received from T Mobile cell service. Bradley and Rafael provided plan information and existing phone, paperless billing and veteran discounts. After an initial discussion on plans/rates/options, the port over for two phones and plan sign-off took less than 30 minutes. Excellent customer centric service by these guys - if you know what level of cell phone service you want.

Walked into this store with a phone that hasn’t worked since activating several days ago and was not helped by the Verizon employee on Powell Blvd.Bradley had my phone working in literal seconds. There were plenty of employees in the store available to help and Bradley gave me their contact info in case I needed additional help. Really appreciate this customer service after the disappointing interaction with Verizon on Powell where I was charged $30 for a SIM card that I didn’t need and was later told should have been 0 charge anyway. Also non-refundable from Verizon on Powell but they gave me a $6 charging cord in exchange ??

Do not trade in devices for upgrades.They lost one of our trade ins and now we are being charged full price for a new phone despite giving them our eligible trade in.At first management seemed super helpful. But after 2 months of coming in weekly and promised that a claim was filed i find out through a call center representative that our account has never had a claim on it.Very bad experience.

I am COMPLETELY irritated. I started a Verizon chat to get a new line new number as a new customer. They run the credit, I get approved, I pick the phone and pay the down payment. Get the confirmation email and tell me to go pick it up, I ask at what location. They replied with, "What location do you want?" I said the Washington St location, they said ok go to the cascade station location I drive all the way there, for the guy who's standing behind the table to say he can't help me, he doesn't know what my order is and because it was done online he has no access to even try to help me. So I drive all the way back to the one on Washington St. I brought my state issued ID (NOT EXPIRED). I brought a recent storage bill for proof of address, and I provided my social. I explained what was going on, and they said they could definitely get this fixed. But then, I had to call this number and talk to the fraud department because they wanted to verify my identity. When I called the person who answered, they were very rude and unhelpful at all. He said we need to verify your identity, I said that's what I am trying to do, so what can I do more to verify I am Me? He just kept saying we can't help until you verify your identity, & I am like, so what am I supposed to do, I have ID, social, birth certificate, bills.. what can I do more to verify?? That's all I am asking now I have to wait 7-10 business days to get my $ BACK. JUST drove across town and back wasting gas that I don't have. And over half my day is wasted only to end up with nothing but anxiety, stress, & no phone or service because that was the last of my $ I have to really look around to find the deal I could afford this week. I don't want to be gasless and no way to call for help. I do not recommend getting this service they make it sound so simple and hassle free, but it's not and then they make you pay keep your money and leave you confused with a IOU pretty much!!!

Verizon customer service is nothing to brag about by phone… But I had an issue with my Sim card, and I came in expecting a long wait…“T” helped me. He was pleasant and professional despite the store being a bit busy during the holidays. He fixed my phone within 20 minutes after I had spent hours on the phone with Verizon getting nowhere.

Took 30 minutes to find out they didn’t have the phone I was trying to buy. Was ready to drop 1500$ need to work on their check in process and customer experience

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at two of your Verizon stores. I ordered some earbuds online and received a confirmation email that they were ready for pick up at your store. However, when I arrived there, the store associate tried to give me a Bluetooth speaker instead of the earbuds I ordered. He said that they didn't have the earbuds and all he could do is cancel my order. He was unwilling to check another location inventory and told me I need to do it myself online.I was very disappointed and frustrated by this experience, so I decided to order the earbuds again to another store nearby. I asked your store associate to call and confirm the inventory at the second store, but he refused and simply said I should just go there and there shouldn't be any issues. I trusted his word and went to the second store, only to find out that they also did not have the earbuds in stock. That location also cancelled my order after allowing me to order it and showing it was available. This is unacceptable and unprofessional service. I wasted my time and money travelling to two different stores for a product that I never received. I feel like I was misled and treated poorly by the staff.

I worked with Omar, he provided great service to me and my family. I cannot tell you how much I can recommend this store but specifically Omar. Also he has a great smile.

Refuses to help at 6pm and they don't close until 7pm. Extremely rude and Absolutely worst location to go to. Will never be visiting this location again
