If I was able to give Elias 100 stars I would. He is kind, a great communicator and knows everything that there is to know about electronic equipment. Elias helped my wife activate her new iPhone this morning and he got it done in a very short time. I cannot recommend Elias highly enough.

This store told me they’d send me a replacement overnight for my $2000 Google Fold that completely died for no reason while I was at the airport. After waiting a day I decided to log into my account to check the status of the order only to find that it was cancelled. When I go back into the store I’m told that they don’t know who cancelled the order and that it defaulted to a repair. I had to call customer care to reorder my my phone under warranty and obviously there’s nothing anyone is willing to do to get my phone to me sooner than 2-3 business days. I’ve been with Verizon for me than 15 years and used to sell Verizon back in the day. This is the worst experience I’ve had hands down. Funny I pay the most money to them right now as well. I’m going to consider my options but what I will say is the experience I’ve had at this store the last 2 days has been trash and I expect better from a company like Verizon.

I had a great experience at the Verizon store thanks to Nate. He was incredibly helpful, patient, and took the time to walk me through all the details I needed to understand. It’s rare to find someone so willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is clear. The whole team at this location is friendly and professional, but Nate really stood out. Highly recommend this store!

Came in to get help for my phone having a blank screen. When I would not buy anything from the employee who greeted me. He got really rude. The other 2 employees were really nice and solved my issue. One of them said how pretty my nails were, but the rude employee proceeded to tell me how ugly they were and how ugly I was and continued to berate me as I left the store and I tried to thank the other 2 employees. I was near tears when I went back to my car. Honestly felt so traumatized by what happened it took me over a month to write this review. Don’t go to Verizon at cascade station. I never got his name because I was just trying to get out of the store when it happened.

I love this Verizon store. They have been very helpful. I read the other reviews and can see why others have left their's. This store is more laid back, more like walking into a store of knowledgeable friends than stuffy, professional locations. I have gone in there a few times in the past few weeks and everyone, especially rep Aaron, have been stellar, giving me exactly what I needed, getting my phone set up, helping with any issues I faced. I highly recommend this store!

I love Verizon I've been with them for almost 7 years now and I will never go to another service provider I lost my phone but had an upgrade waiting, it took no time before I had a brand new S24 Ultra in my hands Xox
