Honestly the best experience I've ever had at a Verizon store. Eric, our sales rep, went above and beyond setting up our family plan. Super knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted. He even added a fourth line for us and somehow our bill ended up being cheaper than before. Dude is legendary.

Upgraded my Galaxy S22 Ultra to the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Very, very streamlined process. Eric was the sales consultant who helped me out. He was fantastic. Friendly, patient, and explained everything perfectly. Truly and honestly... a great experience.
