I've been a customer for 15 years and this store provided the worst customer service I've ever received from the company. I came in to open a new line and do a trade in. The customer service associate simply turned me away and told me to call the automated customer service line. No advice, no talking through options, and rushed me out of the store. There were 7-8 employees standing around, so it wasn't as if they were busy. Don't waste your time here y'all.

Very poor customer service I shop up 25 minutes before closing time and they say come back tomorrow we don't have time to do your trade in .

I am regularly told information that I then find out is incorrect. More often than not I have to call for the same issue multiple times before it is resolved. Weaponized incompetency seems to be the norm for these corporate monoliths. I can't offer more than one star for dishonesty with the sole intention of exploiting money out of customers.

Had the most positive experience at this location! Gabby the store manager went above and beyond for us. And Obi was so fantastic in assisting us and making sure we understood everything going on. Everything was explained so clearly and they made sure we were comfortable with the process. So worth driving across the bridge! Best customer service at a phone store I've had in a long time. Thank you so much!!

BEWARE- this company is GARBAGE. If you like automated lines that give you no options, a team of workers who cannot make decisions or answer questions bc they are not authorized to view accounts, or if you like having to call back everytime an employee hangs up on you bc they do not know how to transfer a call, then you might enjoy working with this company. No thank you Verizon. I prefer a cell phone company that has a little more integrity and a whole lot more competence. Better change your game if you want to keep playin.

My husband just got a new phone here. They made sure he backed up to Google, handed him a brand new phone, and then had him delete his old data to trade it in. They told him setup would be easy and to just follow the on screen instructions. It took forever to try and get the SIM card activated and then figure out how to restore the backup. We still haven’t figured it out and you can’t actually call the store for help and there is no way to contact them besides driving back to the actual store. We are both generally good at both phones and tech so the fact that this is that hard and they didn’t offer to do it there is ridiculous.

Multiple employees ready to assist . There’s was already three customers being helped and a fourth guy got my phone I ordered to pickup in about one minute and I was out of there in less then five! Nice work guys!

I visited this location, because I was having an issue with my home internet. I had to do some troubleshooting with their help desk after we determined the issue at store level.Tris, the store Manager, was amazing and went above and beyond and was able to help me before the help desk could.There was also another amazing representative working at that location, but I unfortunately cannot remember his name.Anyway, I just wanted to say thank you, Tris for all of your help and outstanding customer service!-Evan

Thank you EricThis store has Amazing customer service! Friendly even when annoyed! This verizon team is so far one the nicest teams we have dealt with. The fellow Zack held the door greeted us!!! Offered to polish my shoes!!!! real white glove service here!!!!!If you need any thing from your Amazing verizon store these are the people to talk too!!!!!!Great deals, quick, knowledgeable and professional even when I wasnt!!!!!Thanks folks we will see you again!!!!

Zack the manager, is completely useless. Standing at the door greeting people. Not friendly, not nice. And not doing anything. Yet, in order to even iconic order a phone he said it will be 45 minutes... I'm a former manager of a Verizon store and this guy sucks.
