Love Vive and Swingstate Boxing! Molly, the boxing instructor, has incredible energy, and knowledge along with fun vibrant music! I've definitely become so much stronger health wise. It's my number 1 place to lift my spirits, body and mind! And box with friends in a great, friendly, inclusive environment!

So this is not a typical gym. More like a personal trainer co-op so you access it through whoever you're training with. The fitness area is spacious, well ventilated, and not crowded with plenty of equipment for all the trainers. I have not done the yoga classes in the downstairs area so I can't comment on that.

The facility is super professional, clean, spacious, organized, and well maintained. Max is an amazing trainer! If you are looking to make an investment in yourself and work with a personal trainer, i absolutely recommend Vive and Max specifically.
