Terrible customer service at the pharmacy on Belmont and Cesar Chavez. Walgreens instructs customers by email to call and check on prescriptions. Wonderful experience at this pharmacy! I forgot one of my prescriptions as I am traveling and the pharmacist promptly responded to my call and instantly helped me fill my prescription. Pharmacist was kind and thoughtful such a great experience!

Called to ask why I am suddenly being charged for my medication that is always free. I called, was put on hold, and then hung up on three separate times, and spent a total of over 45 minutes on the phone without ever getting any help.
