Walgreens offers a wide range of services, including prescription refills, health and beauty products, and photo printing. The pharmacy hours are convenient, with open times from Monday to Sunday, making it easy for customers to visit when needed. Customers often appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, highlighting individuals like Brian in the photo department and Melanie at the checkout for their excellent customer service. The store has a positive atmosphere, with many customers feeling welcomed and valued, especially when staff display a positive attitude. However, some reviews mention concerns such as panhandling outside the store and the parking lot being dirty. Inside, some items are locked up, requiring assistance from staff, which can be frustrating. A few customers experienced less friendly interactions, with one noting that a staff member seemed to follow them around and was unhelpful, though they appreciated sharing smiles to improve the mood. The new store manager has received praise for improvements since June, leading to better experiences and a more welcoming environment. Customer feedback also points out issues like the tendency of some pharmacy staff to face customer frustration and the need for better management of insurance and medication pickup procedures. Despite these concerns, many appreciate the store’s incentive programs, such as the first Tuesday AARP discount day, and overall, it remains a favored neighborhood location, especially with the recent leadership changes enhancing customer satisfaction.
Opens at 8am. Dude rolls up at 8:05 to open, and then just… isn’t clear that Walgreens is open. Other times the place seems like no one is there, things aren’t stocked or falling off the shelves. What’s going on here lol

This store is woefully understaffed. We were unable to purchase an idea, no one available to unlock case. The staff that are in the store are friendly and are trying their best, I believe.
