Ingrid is a new pharmacist here and she is incredibly rude. I have been coming here for years and have found the staff to handle the large volume well at this store. But this pharmacist needs to learn customer service. I'd recommend she start by not addressing customers with "What is your issue?" And it goes on from there.

The lines here are atrocious and to get anyone in the pharmacy on the phone takes anywhere from 45 minutes to over an hour and a half. They are understaffed and overtaxed… and it significantly impacts the shopping experience.

My daughter was seen in Urgent Care tonight and we got to the pharmacy just before it closed and they hurried the antibiotic so my daughter could start taking it tonight. Great service and very kind!

Terrible! You wait for over 30 minutes on hold no answer during working hours after they give you a medication brand you have been over with them you had a horrible reaction to and have been filling the medication there for years! Wish someone would open a new pharmacy in Bethany!

The Pharmacy is terrible, likely to have cost me almost $400 by not filling a prescription before the New Year. My last 3 prescriptions I've had filled there have been late and in all 3 cases I've had to call at least twice to get them filled. Tried calling and the automated message said at least 44 minutes wait time, when I selected the option for callback it failed. Much like their customer service. I'll be transferring all my prescriptions to Express Scripts.

If I could give no stars I would. I need 4 prescriptions filled on a regular basis, now they want to why I need to take them and if they life and death. have seizures that when I have one I would need the ER if I do have one. This last time I had to fill them it too me 5 days to fill them. when I try to call them there's no answer and if I go to the store I have to stand in line for more than 1/2 hour which with my health is near impossible. When these refills for on these prescriptions are finished I'm changing pharmacies. When I said something to my doctor he even knew which pharmacy I was going to. Plus the hours posted say 10pm, but suddenly will close at 3pm.

Just don’t go here, they’re hanging on by a thread, they don’t answer the phone & the wait lines are always at least 40 mins +.

Julia in the skincare and makeup department is amazing. I brought in a Trish McEvoy eyeshadow and she quickly selected three MUCH lower price items that were very similar. She knows so much about every brand. I am not planning to buy more makeup at large department stores, Julia is my expert!

Worst pharmacy ever. Extremely slow. Prescriptions never filled on time. Long hold times on the phone, 1hr+ (never actually gotten through phone line). Vaccine appointments do not occur on time. Long lines in store and in the drive thru. Staff unhelpful. Prescriptions often not ready when stated or listed as ready on Walgreens app. Transfer your prescriptions elsewhere before you suffer harm to your health as I did due to this pharmacy's negligence and inability to fill prescriptions in a reasonable timeframe.

I went to pick up my medication, and two out of three items were missing. They informed me, "We don't have it; we'll call you when it's available." However, after five days with no calls, I returned to pick up my daughter's medication, which her doctor had sent that morning. The response was, "We don't have it; come back tomorrow morning." I feel their organization is lacking, with insufficient time to fill prescriptions promptly. When people come to pick up their medications, they are deferred to the next day, hoping there will be time to fulfill them. The staff was rude, both to me and an elderly gentleman in front of me. When I inquired about my medication, which had been placed a week ago with the expectation of a call, they again said, "Come back tomorrow." This constant deferral indicates a lack of time to fulfill prescriptions promptly. Their location should undergo a government audit as people's lives may be at risk if they are even a day late in taking their medication. The staff appears untrained and discourteous, likely due to the pressure they face from not executing their job correctly, which also points to a management issue. In addition, I observed that my account had been removed, presumably because I respectfully contested the staff's rudeness towards both me and the elderly gentleman. This conduct is unacceptable. Despite this, I had no intention of returning, and I will request my doctor to transfer my prescriptions elsewhere. Save your time; go somewhere else.

The worst pharmacy you will ever go to. Multiple times I’ve received an automated text from Walgreens saying my prescription is ready for pickup. Every time I go to this location the line is around 10+ people long. I wait 45 minutes minimum to talk to the counter only for the pharmacist to tell me my medication is not ready to pickup yet, says their automated message system is wrong sometimes. This has happened MULTIPLE times. Very rude pharmacists and nurses obviously tired of their job, extremely long wait times, broken system, and overall just terrible professionalism. Changing myPharmacy and highly recommend you do the same.

This review is the good and bad of this Walgreens Pharmacy.I have been picking up prescriptions from this Pharmacy for 5 years. Over the years I have seen a massive influx of more customers. I have also seen a decrease in Staff. This means wait time in line is average, 20-45min. If you call, wait time to speak to a staff member is 5-30min.However the Staff, overall, remains helpful, positive, and sincere. I have always had my phone call answered, all my concerns resolved, and my prescription ready when I am told it's ready for pick up.They are a Pharmacy that is doing the absolute best with the given resources they have. One huge resource is the online Pharmacy. Make a profile and you can check if you have any refills on a medication. Request a refill on a current medication. You can see if there is a delay and will tell you why. You can even put your insurance and payment method on your account! It makes everything easier.

No. I absolutely do not recommend. I'd leave zero stars if it was an option.Wednesday I waited 2 hours to get a prescription for my daughter only for them to close right at about 7:20 p.m. I needed to get a prescription for my daughter's infection and she was in a lot of pain. I begged them to please get the prescription for her and they made an exception. But they could not get me MY medication. No worries... I'm a mother and typically used to sacrificing my own needs for my children. But my medication remained "in process" for 5 days on the automated system. I contacted them again via phone and was on hold for 2 hours only to be disconnected at the 2-hour mark. I called the manager of the store who was dismissive and said that they were probably really busy. She tried to transfer me to them in order to speed the process along. However, no one picked up the phone. The workers here are typically very kind. I believe that this is a corporate issue. They need To hire more help immediately and offer livable wages for their employees in order to keep them and meet the community that they are serving. I do not know what wages they offer their employees but what I do know is that people will stay and will provide hard work even in difficult times when they feel appreciated and cared about. Being here, waiting in line, hearing what customers and employees are saying... It's nearly impossible to not see that these employees are stretched beyond their limits with very little support from the company that they work for. This is not a place to not provide support and livable earnings. Medication is a human need and a human right. Do better for your employees... do better for your customers do better for humans... Walgreens. Do. Better.

Don’t get upset at the pharmacy staff, this is a management issue. I feel awful for the staff who work here. There were about 20 people in line constantly while I was there today for a vaccine. I had scheduled an appointment for my vaccines for 5:30, got through the line finally by 6:30, and was told that they couldn’t find my appointment information, and that waiting for a vaccine would be at least another hour. Meanwhile, I overheard conversations of the pharmacy misplacing prescriptions and getting the wrong customers in the database for prescriptions, and there were sometimes 5- to 10-minute periods of time where the whole pharmacy stopped attending to the windows and were talking intensely in the back. This is a MANAGEMENT issue, I’ve seen it happen before in life. I left without getting a vaccine because I actually didn’t trust that they would be administering the correct vaccine after witnessing these events go on for over an hour. I will not go back, but if I had to, I would continue to be kind to the staff. Please consider being kind. Don’t be the person yelling at the staff, they look like they have been experiencing that all day.
