If you are Western union app user and you selected the option (pay at store ) don't come to this store please , they don't know how to do it .And there is one employee har name is Stephanie stay away from her or she will yell at you .

Very rude older woman with short grey hair in the photo department. After speaking with an employee on the phone a few weeks ago about the passport photo service hours at this location I brought my family in to get the photos taken and was met by this rude employee telling me they wouldn't take the pictures for a few hours. When I tried to mention what I was told about their passport service hours over the phone she repeatedly cut me off and just told me that it wasn't available till 1:00 p.m. We'll never come back to this location again. No surprise their reviews are so HORRID!

Regular prices were OK, but sale prices are good. Walgreens was only local retailer I could find an item. By ordering online and using a discount code I got 4 of the items for the cost of 1 at the lowest priced online vendor I could find. Pickup was easy. Just went up to counter. Difficult to get into parking lot. Google Maps had us take Science Park to an unmarked alley. Better to enter on Cornell and double back. Free paved parking.

I took my toddler here and they were having restocking after inventory count. I understand, restocking and face out every item so I was surprised by how one of the employees in a red shirt uniform was getting angry at my toddler and I shopping....was it because I was parenting....we still bought household goods and supplies....idk if I'm going to shop here again

Blonde cashier talks every customers ear off, doesn’t care about the line.. older lady told me she was clocked off and couldn’t help me get something from the locked cabinet but she was still stocking shelves

Wow, I thought it was just me but clearly this place has a history of terrible customer service. Theres a white guy with dark hair and glasses that is impatient with particular customers. Just saw him talking to a lady for an extended period of time and he was very patient even though she did seem stubborn. When it was my turn he was very short and sharp and had a look of irritation on his face. I was probably at the counter less than 2 mins.I didn't even ask him any questions ?

Very bad customer service. People who works there are rude and racist. Me and my husband went to add money in our Venmo card and the lady at registration was not helpful at all and rolled her eyes at us. She was discussed to see us. Not going there anymore.

I went to return an item today and was met was quite a rude manager named Karen. I lost the receipt but the item was only purchased 2 weeks ago. I said I will take store credit. She absolutely refused to work with me. I'm assuming I'm not the first person to not have their receipt when returning an item. I asked what the protocal was in these scenarios and she said we will not so the return. The item cost $8.99 so not a lot of money and I told her to scan the item and it should show it was bought from this store. The point is, managers should have a work around and an ability to trouble shoot to provide some customer service for customers. Management should really do some coaching to help polish Karen's customer service skills b/c she is the face of the business. If she's a manager than she needs re-training and better social skills. Poor experience all around.

I was treated with disrespect by an associate because I was returning a product (for which I had a receipt). He was confrontational and condescending from the start of our exchange. This Walgreens is fairly unremarkable, but my wife and I shop here often because it’s conveniently located. However, dealing with this person kind of makes me want to go to a different store.

Service needs improvement. Went to check on a back order for a prescription. The clerk said let me check our supply, and there was plenty as I was running out. The rude clerk said come back in a half hour, and it will be ready. I came back three hours later, still not ready. The rude clerk said we will text you, I said I want to wait. The rude clerk said it would take thirty minutes. I said fine, I will wait. One star is to high of a rating.
