It can be a difficult place to get into, with parking lot access being tricky, but there is free paved parking. Pickup is easy at the counter. The store is appreciated for keeping people safe by closing during severe weather. Staff are described as helpful, trying hard to understand the customer, sincere, and expressing an interest to improve. Service is generally pretty decent and quick.
