Service needs improvement. Went to check on a back order for a prescription. The clerk said let me check our supply, and there was plenty as I was running out. The rude clerk said come back in a half hour, and it will be ready. I came back three hours later, still not ready. The rude clerk said we will text you, I said I want to wait. The rude clerk said it would take thirty minutes. I said fine, I will wait. One star is to high of a rating.

4 hours till fill a simple prescription. After that amount of time they told me it would be ready in about 20 minutes. I headed over after about 30 minutes. They told me it would be another 20 to 30 mins. Simple antibiotics and ibuprofen. I probably could have made my own quicker. Come on guys

Terrible Pharmacy Service. 1 star is too much. Prescriptions take a day or 2 day to fill. You receive an auto Walgreens call saying your prescription is ready. You arrive in person, and it's still not filled. Wait another 1/2 hr to fill. No one seems to care. Management needs to be fired simply based on the shear volume of crummy Google reviews. Pathetic.

Was on hold for 35mins and then hung up on I called back and turns out they don't even have medication I needed wouldn't provide any information on if or when they will have it. The representative just laughed at me. I will never go back there I should have learned my lession. It's been like this for years.

I got an email that said my prescription would be ready the next day at noon. I went in at 2:30 and waited in line 15 minutes to be told it wasn’t ready and to come back later and that they were three days behind. So next day I called and actually got the pharmacist. She said they were behind but she would prepare it later that day and to come in the next day. I did and they were temporarily closed. Management need to review their staffing levels.

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Pharmacy staff is chronically short staffed. It's been like this for nearly 4 years. They're always closing the pharmacy early. Tonight, it closes at 7 instead of 8 bc "Staff Shortages". Sign posted on the drive-thru that tells you the drive-thru is closed all day bc of staff shortages. Corporate should just shutter this location and sell the space to a pharmacy that actually wants to do business.

Booked a flu and covid19 booster at 6pm. When we arrived at 5:55 they said they were closing and could not help. Something about the system overbooking. 100% lack of concern or care.

I booked my vaccine / flu booster 2 weeks beforehand and it was a 15 min drive to get there. I arrived to find the pharmacy has been closed the entire day but nobody bothered to call or cancel it through the system. It was at 6:45pm so they had plenty of time. The person at the cash counter apologized but it wasn’t their responsibility. Disappointing experience and I won’t book there again.

Awful. The staff is so completely unwilling to provide basic customer service. They obviously hate being there and it shows and is felt. I went to CVS down the road and was talking with 3 different people about how miserable it is to try and get your medication from this location. I had reschedule the same appointment with the store twice and they were either closed or only had their Drive Thru available. I wanted to call to make sure after I set up my vaccine appointment online that the pharmacy will be open for vaccinations. They told me it will and I called out of work for the day to take the bus all the way there, just to meet nothing but sheer disappointment. They are understaff heavily and share nothing but misinformation.I received a voice mail 15 minutes before my appointment that informed me that I could knock on the window to take my two shots, yet when I got there, some employee outside of the window told me that what I received is highly inaccurate. I am not lying when I say that I lost my patience and tried to hold in as much profanities as possible.I felt like I was being treated as a liar for being told something that I clearly heard and read. Why did I get notified that the Pharmacy cannot accept vaccinations at a certain time because of staff shortage at the very last second, making me run around like a headless chicken?When I tried to call back, they kept putting me on hold for half an hour and it was so unprofessional to hear the call being picked up, just to be put on hold again and again. Never going back for any more appointments and certainly won't spend my money there.

Awfully rude and inefficient pharmacy staff. The automated phone updates for prescription are nowhere close to reality and when you show up to get the prescription, their behavior is pathetic. They don't even bother to pick up the phone. This is the last thing you want to deal with when you are trying to make the required meds available to patients who are in dire need for it. Do not recommend this place at all.

It's a bit bigger than the Walgreens I'm used to visiting, and they honestly had everything I needed whenever I've had to make a quick stop here, from a bottle of perfume to mouthwash. I've had pretty decent and quick service as well over here so far, so I cannot complain.
