About Washman
Washman is a car wash located in North Portland, sharing a parking lot with a gas station. While the business offers a variety of wash options, including a popular $14 wash that impressively cleans wheels and tires, customers have noted that the vacuums do not provide strong suction power. Some reviews mention that the entry and exit can be hectic due to the busy intersection, which requires patience. Customer service is generally praised, with many noting the responsiveness of the staff, especially in retrieving lost items and handling membership inquiries. However, experiences with staff friendliness can vary, as some customers have encountered less engaged employees. Additionally, customers have expressed frustration with the payment process, particularly when using gift cards, and noted that the car wash does not dry vehicles after washing. Overall, Washman is recognized as a well-run business with hard-working employees and a solid reputation for customer service, making it a staple in the area. Many recommend getting a monthly unlimited wash for the best value.

Always been happy with this location. Finally have a car I care about keeping clean and the associate walked me through all the packages, differences, and payment options in the time it usually takes me to do the transaction. Now I’m happy, set to wash anytime, and my kids are excited for car washes!

Went through the car wash then with my free vacuum cleaned my inside by hand however while doing so a bird pooped on my front windshield. They then let me go through the car wash again and I was very pleased with the service I received today. Love coming to this place.
