“We had an easy trip to Xpresso lube today. I had been taking my car to the Toyota dealer for all its service until the whole Covid situation. I have been staring at the maintenance light for a while knowing it was time for an oil change. It was very straightforward. The young men working were friendly. They have several kinds of oil changes each at $10 more than the basic one. It was $80 for the oil change Minion #1 told me to get ( I was baffled by the synthetic vs. regular oil). It included checking all the levels and tires and stuff, and I guess its supposed to include a carwash but it was pouring so we didn't bother with that. The oil change was quick, they offered us a $125 fuel injection service ( we said no), and we were in and out quickly. Their waiting room is nice, clean, with lots of seating. Looks like they were about to holiday it up as there were decorations sitting in bags and boxes in a corner. It has an espresso machine, i don't know if they sell drinks or not. We already had Black Rock with us. Easy peasy.I bet they have coupons in local mailers though, I would look for that next time.”

“Let me just start by saying Sean and his team are absolute perfectionists. I brought my 1955 Chevy Bel Air to them for paint correction and ceramic coating and the results are stunning. I was contemplating having the car repainted because of the poor paint condition, but these guys miraculously restored it to perfection. Afterwards, Sean spent a considerable amount of time instructing me how to properly hand wash the car and maintain its mirror-like finish. Prior to taking my car to Prestige, I had another detail shop buff it out and it looked horrible. So ultimately I decided to have Sean and his crew fix the other shop’s poor work product. Don’t make the same mistake I did- if you value your car like I value mine, take it to Prestige and you will be completely satisfied. I will be taking my other cars there as well.”

He helped guide us to an open stall as we just need a quick rinse and was no problems with using our cc for payment. “Wish they had an Extractomat or other floor mat washer, with hot soapy water in it—they’d have space for it up against the building and would really only need one. Car wash is good, though I often wonder if the settings actually change per customer based on the package you purchase. No matter what I purchase, it feels the same, but does a decent job. Makes me feel like I should always purchase the cheapest. Appreciate the free vacuums, and when it’s not very busy, no one bothers you for taking longer than the max time with the vacuums, though I always keep my eyes on how many stations are available so that in case they’re all full, I finish to let the next person in as quickly as possible.”

Came here to wash the sticky mess off, and Derrick, one of the associates at this location, hand-polished the more stubborn patches of fruit off my car before sending it through the wash a second time, free of charge. “I'm not a jackass, so I called in ahead of time to find out what they offered before heading in expecting a fleshed out storefront. Detail supply stores are not common occurrences, and we ought to appreciate those making an effort in the industry to provide cost-effective solutions for small business owners, so we aren't subjected to the monopoly that tends to be held by larger, more commonly found product suppliers and manufacturers. When I called, I talked to Bud and he was very helpful and willing to make suggestions. As a product manufacturer amd distributor, they do not have a store front. However, they do have an online catalog, and despite the cart function being broken you can email them a list of products and they can either be picked up at location, or shipped to your door. Browsing at the catalog, they offer a full Gallon of paint sealant for under $30, and 3"foam cutting, polishing, and finishing pads for about $2 a piece. These are screaming deals on products and supplies, and you get to support a growing local business who is striving to improve their quality and quantity of products, as well as their quality of service. Thanks for the help, Bud, I'll be placing an order very soon!”

“Incredibly rude attendant. I asked for help pumping my gas a little before 9am on January 8th. The man never came out so I had to go and ask him for help and he proceeded to tell me it was self serve. I told him I knew that but would like some help. He rolled his eyes and said to me “Unbelievable”! I told him I had spoken to the owner Brad who told me I could get help anytime at his gas station. The man was incredibly rude to me and told me I had an attitude which I did not. I only asked for help with my gas. We have been patronizing this business for 24 years. We won’t be back. The Arco right down the street is wonderful. Very professional and always ready to help you with a smile on their face. Sad that Chevron has such little respect for the customers that go there..”
