“We were in a panic as the rains in Portland had turned my daughter's car into a mobile aquarium. She had lots of mold and a previous attempt to resolve did not work. Then we found Detail by Miles, the website told the story of what he does and we were convinced it was who we had to work with. If you have issues with Mold and a leak in your car, you will find no one as detailed and determined to find and fix your problem. If the fix is something he can't do, he will be able to recommend the deeper fix, if he can't do it himself. I can't recommend anyone more than Jason.”

“We have had Phillip and his team out two our house twice now. The first time was for the interior of our SUV that was covered in dog hair and toddler snack messes. Phillip was so thorough and got every single piece of dog hair out, not to mention to a drill to my rubber mat. Honestly, my car has never been so clean. We then had him come back two days to clean our VW that was covered in sap and pollen. Trevon spent 6 hours detailing the car-most of that time was spent on the exterior. I am so impressed with the quality and professionalism. Cannot recommend enough!”

“Great carwash as most washman carwashes are. This one can service extra large vehicles as well. That is nice. The reason for 4 stars is because the line wraps around the lot with vaccumes. It makes it hard to exit and find a vacuum stall. And when you do, you may temporarily be blocked in by the line. It really isn't any fault of washman. It is just the way that location works. Still a pain in the butt when they are busy. Otherwise, a great wash.”

“We recently had a heat pump installed after 50 years with an oil furnace. The installation service was excellent. Jeff and Jamison made a great team, were efficient, friendly, and accomplished the task in two days. Communication was excellent from marketing through installation and we are very pleased with the performance of the heat pump. It is quiet and seems to be providing even heating throughout the house. Thank you, Carson folk, for 50+ years of good service and we anticipate many more.”

“We bought the $15 Ultimate car wash and went in with our front plastered with a layer of dead bugs after a road trip. We came out with a bit of bugs/marks still left on and the staff offered us to go through the car wash again for free. 5 stars for customer experience. The car came out pretty clean after the washes.”

“They do a very good job on the pre-wash by hand + the wash itself. With the free vacuum it's probably best overall quantity spot for the price. This was the only drive thru where the tail end of my car was actually cleaned (probably mainly due to their pre-wash scrub)”

“I had a great experience at Washman! I purchased the Manager’s Special interior detail, and the team did an excellent job cleaning my vehicle and detailing the interior.
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. While I was waiting, I had the pleasure of meeting Liv. She was incredibly friendly and genuinely welcoming, striking up a conversation and asking how my day was going. She offered me complimentary popcorn that smelled amazing and even called me by name, which was a level of personal service I definitely didn’t expect at a car wash.
It’s experiences like this, and especially people like Liv, that are the reason I’m willing to drive an hour out of my way to come to this Washman location. Great work on the vehicle and even better customer service. Liv is a fantastic representative of the Washman team!”
