I received a letter very close to the deadline to resolve an unclaimed check. They said to stop by a branch (nothing about an appointment) to resolve. I stopped here and they would not help and said I needed to schedule an appointment and that they were booked out past the deadline. Very frustrating.

Every time I come here it’s at least a 20-30 minute wait. Better to go to another Wells Fargo
