West Coast Self-Storage 17th & McLoughlin is a trusted self-storage facility in SE Portland. The building is nice, clean, organized, and super clean with large elevators and plenty of carts. Staff and customer service are exceptional, super helpful, attentive, kind, friendly, and with no bs. Check-in is quick and informative. The experience is the best storage experience, smooth, and highly recommended. Customers would definitely rent there again and refer friends.
Solid service! Aleta at West Coast storage was most helpful with my move into the unit as I was dealing with a lot of other headaches. Professional and made the transition easy.
