As usual Comcast screwed up! They turned off the old apartment but didn't MOVE it to the new apartment even when we went through the whole process over the phone to move my service!
Now I've been on the phone for over an hour, I'm still waiting and I'm sure they're going to have to send out a technician WHEN I'M BUSY MOVING!!
They blew away all of my hardware information in their system, they blew away all of my account information! How dumb is that?!?
I hate Comcast so much but they have a monopoly were I live so I have no choice but to deal with their HORRIBLE service!! It's always a nightmare dealing with them!!

Lied to me twice, when I tried to get a manager to help they pretty much spent my face, I told me there's nothing they could do that they're sorry I got the wrong information. Don't go through this service if you don't have to.

Some of the best customer service I have ever received. I worked with Sol to reach a bundled deal that is going to be saving me lots of money. I definitely would recommend.

I was in and out very quick but for the life of me I cannot just call the store. I don't want to talk to Comcast because it takes 10 minutes to get through that awful automated phone line. I just want the direct line to the store. Nothing I do allows me to contact them. Massively frustrating

Xfinity is the worst! Some hispanic dude working there signed me and my auint up for two seperate accounts when we share 1 account of 1.2tb account. So now we're each being charged $95 and sharing 1.2tb! In what world does that make sense? Moreover, when you call them on the phone you always speak with someone not from America! Worst service providers ever!

The folks at the store were fine. It's Xfinity (actually Comcast) that is SOOOO awful. They sign you up with a bunch of temporary discounts, so the price is decent. But then those start to expire. And you call up, and they'll add a "special" for $15 off for 6 weeks and $8 off for 12 weeks and $7 off for 3 weeks and they bring the price back down. But then those expire. And you have to keep calling and begging for discounts every 3 months to try to keep it below a car payment. They prey on human weakness. That is their business model. Their service is wildly over priced and the folks that run their company are evil monsters.

I have came here twice already in the last week and there are associates named. Nick is never able to help me. Always says no to everything with calling customer service. When customer service had to become here, be able to sell me a cell phone that another associate had told me. I could get worst experience ever. And it's always with the same Associate. When I ask for alternatives , he just says nope Is not able to help me He just doesn't see me and now today I came at 6:30 pm nd Nick tells that they closing can't take payment even though they close at 7

I have to give these guys credit. I have been trying to return my storm ready device for almost a month. I went into the store initially whom redirected me online. Online support directed me back to the store. After hours on the phone, never getting email responses, and running around the city, these guys finally accepted the return. I previously went to the Xfinity off broadway and those guys wouldn’t even consider it. If you want to risk Xfinity, this is the store to do it at.

We have insurance on our phones and we bought the Samsung galaxy 24 and the camera lens got wet and glitches out so we replaced it took them a week. We get the phone now we're told we have to wait 48hr before we can activate it. Scam company switching company I hope no one else has to deal with that.
