This store is quite strange because many of the products have pink labels attached. Before paying the bill, I specifically asked the clerk what this meant - whether there was a discount. He told me “yes”So he asked the manager to change the price for me. The manager told me that the label was for Black Friday, so this product had no discount. Then I wondered why the Black Friday discount was still in effect after a week had passed? Moreover, the store has a logo of 40%, and I had asked the male clerk about the discount before making the purchase.
That's rediculous! They are forcing us to put up misleading labels without offering any discounts. This is already a form of misleading consumers.

⭐️ 1 Star — Worst customer service experience EVER.
I went to Zara on October 27th to return a jacket I bought on October 1st, which is well within the 30-day return policy. Instead of helping me, the manager treated me like I was trying to scam the store.
She accused me of wearing the jacket — which I absolutely did NOT — and acted like I was lying to her. Her attitude was unbelievably rude the entire time: eye-rolling, talking down to me, and making me feel like I didn’t belong there. I was shocked by how unprofessional and disrespectful she was.
I walked in for a simple return and left feeling humiliated. I did not feel welcome in that store at all. I will NEVER go back, and I’ll be telling everyone I know to avoid this location. Zara should be embarrassed that someone like that is representing their brand.

Be careful when you come here to shop for clothes cuz the employees like to peep at you through the curtain when you're trying clothes on so just be very very careful unless you like that stuff of course then by all means have a blast but most people don't like other people peeping on them. And then when I told the manager she didn't even ask who it was those peeping and didn't really seem to care about the peeping. So yeah I give them one star I would give them zero if it was a option but if not. The clothes that are all ugly except for one hoodie. The one and only decent employee was a girl with green hair and glasses no joke they only had one decent employee.

Absolutely horrible experience at Zara. The size I actually wanted to buy was on a mannequin — not to try on, but to purchase — and the manager refused to take it off. I was told the most bizarre excuse that “it takes too much time” and that they’d have to “call another person in who put it on” just to remove it. I’m sorry, but that’s ridiculous. I’ve never been to a Zara where staff didn’t want to make a sale. What a disappointing and unprofessional attitude — truly horrible customer service.

Terrible customer service by an older lady that works there! She tries to act like she’s too good to help while I asks the same questions to a different associate and they are quick to be helpful. Told me things were out of stock when they weren’t and refused to allow us in the fitting room even though the store was still open. I’ll be making a more formal complaint to Zara because why you acting too good when you work at Zara ???

Trying to sell a used item as new item. Bought a shirt from the store, but when got home and looking more closely at the shirt, the inside stitching in a section had a different line pattern that appears hand stitched at the store since it was a visible stitch and not in a straight line compared to the rest of the shirt having a hidden stitch. Also, there was a partial rip on the inside of the stitching. Went to a different store to return, and they wouldn’t accept return. Very frustrating experience! Be careful of your items

I was followed around the store by security, who appeared to assume I was attempting to steal. When I attempted to ask about this at the front desk, they would not meet my gaze or acknowledge me. At no point did I engage in any behavior that would warrant suspicion. As a Black woman, this experience felt like blatant racial profiling and left me feeling humiliated and unwelcome.
I am a professional model and influencer who has been cast for major brands, including Zara. My work depends on fostering positive relationships with brands I support and represent. I was actually shopping for casting outfits for New York Fashion week.Experiencing this kind of treatment from a store associated with a brand I have worked with and admired is both unacceptable and disheartening.

Customer service is apparently dead and gone in retail - I had a terrible experience with much attitude just earlier at this location with a return that was… maybe 2-3 days after the 30 day policy (which I was not aware of the policy being that strict - serves me right - but the attitude as if I brought something from 1999)… I won’t be shopping at this location even if it is large and seems to have a good selection because I’d rather not deal with people who treat you like you’re in idiot within 5 seconds of meeting you.
Get a clue - your employees aren’t drawing people to the store - if anything I’ll shop online but I also think this return policy is beyond ridiculous

RUDE! I was waiting in line to checkout and decided to step to the register to my left. The lady behind the register, which I later found out was the store manager, rolled her eyes at me and pointed her hand to the other register. She stated that there was only 1 person in front of me or I could go upstairs to the men's department. Sad way to run a business. I love Zara, but will never shop there. Who's her boss?

The store manager is incredibly rude and condescending! The customer is the last priority. Hey corporate, you may want to take a look at the store at Pioneer Place, Portland, OR. Terrible management!
