It was a great experience the young lady was very helpful and quickly to action when the vehicle I requested was not ready. She was able to upgrade to what she had available not extra charge. For it being a small airport Redmond/Bend, Oregon the drop off was very easy keys were dropped off at drop box on counter no waiting...

Very nice car, extraordinary customer service.... well for any one else, but for Alamo, it's the norm. Always a satisfying experience when I rent from them.
