The guys at the store were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to help us get back on the road. They were willing to help in every way possible, and their outstanding customer service made a stressful situation so much easier.

“Attn truck drivers delivering: very friendly and efficient staff when delivering trailers, even though it’s a very spacious place, overnight parking is not allowed for reasons beyond KMR Trailer wills, there’s a scenic/rest area about 6 miles north on ID 97, I parked around 8:30 and there was still plenty of parking.”

“I'll give four stars I've had work done here quite a bit it's not completely the best but it is not the worst their techs will get you repaired and at a fair price but be warned they are often backed up with work so it could take a minute but for many otr guys this is the place when you are broke down coming through central Oregon”
“Read an article from Clark Howard that Wally World will put in a car battery purchased elsewhere, at no charge. Found out otherwise, however. As I sat there in my vehicle searching where I could get it put in, someone walked up from Wally World named Stormy who said he was going to call O'Reilly to see if they'll do it while another checked under the hood to ensure the one currently in use could be removed easily and voila, yeppers, gotter done smoothly at said location.
