“Today I received an unexpected level true customer service from Kevin at Willamette. I called their office earlier and was put on hold. After more than 5 minutes I gave up and hung up. Ten minutes later I got a call back from Kevin where he apologized for forgetting me on hold. I ended up going to their location and Kevin cut a paver stone I brought with me. This stone was not purchased from Willamette, nor was anything else. I offered to get Kevin some of his favorite beer but no dice - he doesn't drink. He then refused to let me pay for the labor cutting the stone, saying just come back if you need anything else. Keep in mind I called several businesses dealing in pavers and not a single one was willing to help. Suffice it to say, if I am ever in the need for anything to do with brick or stone I'm calling Kevin!”
