“I have made a few hand tool purchases at this store and had a tool repaired under warranty, but the guy that operates this store really provided a great customer service experience for me on February 5 2025. I took a broken tool in for repair, he took a quick look at it, Explained the issue an easy fix and handed it back to me. He easily could have checked my tool in and called me a week later with a bill for his time. Outstanding customer Relations! 100% will be a customer again!”

They have an absolute epic selection of hardware and hard to find fasteners that the big box stores either don't have or are individually packaged and are way over priced.
