High staff turnover. There doesn't seem to be the same people from week to week.

The banking is fine however their phone service is terrible

Mostly a great place to bank.. BUT THEY MOVED CLEAR ACROSS TOWN Not Open on Saturday.. 10 miles from where I live.. need closer location not all people live in the center of Redmond.. your last location was good..
