“Really good bank and great customer service! So nice and friendly! So glad they support the local community, and I always hear the ads on 97.5 KNLR, I moved here a few months ago and wanted a local bank, so glad I found them!”

“My needs are simple, and OnPoint generally meets them. Their system eliminates the need for filling out a banking slip; deposits and withdrawals are easy. I'm taking off a star because I have reached a breaking point on their ATM, which, yet again, was not functioning tonight when I wanted to make an after-hours deposit. That thing is broken more days than it is working, it seems.”

“I don't personally bank at Wells Fargo, but once a month I deposit my rent there. The lobby is clean and Covid-compliant, the staff is outstanding- friendly, fast and easy to work with. I'm in and out and on my way, but always after a quick chat and a nice word. We need more of that- especially in banking.”

“Great service, great rates, even better staff. I worked with Valerie at the Redmond Selco for two different auto loans and she has been amazing. She is very efficient in what she does. Very quick responses and service.”

“I’ve been a member of Credit Unions all my life. After moving to central Oregon from the Valley I found SELCO Credit Union to be a convenient place to do my banking through the Co-op Shared Branch network of Credit Unions. The teller was very knowledgeable and able to make my transaction though my old credit union very simple. It wasn’t long before I chose to open an account at SELCO too. I prefer to do my banking in person and will usually go inside for my banking needs. The SELCO branch at the north end of town rarely has a line inside and I’m in and out quickly. I’ve had loans and CDs with SELCO with very competitive rates.”

“I have been banking at the Redmond branch for almost 10 years. I love the manager, Wayne, and find everyone very helpful. My only complaint is that it appears that they could use another teller. I really like all the folks at this branch.”

“Arturo helped us to open a joint account- he was super helpful and got us while we were still in line. He was very professional but still friendly, which I appreciate as usually banking is pretty tedious stuff. He seemed very knowledgeable as we had an unusual situation and he knew exactly how to do it.”

“I do not have an account with Columbia Bank but I recently stopped in to exchange a $100 for some smaller bills. This was the closest place at the moment to do so and they were very quick and friendly.”

“I recently had an issue that only the local branch manager could assist with. From start to finish, Branch Manager Terri Collins went out of her way to help resolve the issue. There was no gain to her, in fact it was likely a loss in terms of her time spent getting my issue resolved. Terri was respectful, attentive, timely and knowledgeable. She was patient as she explained processes. She quickly gained my trust by simply being honest; giving me worst case and best case scenarios. She followed through with everything she said she would, while communicating changes and progress. I am thankful to bank at an institution where I feel valued as a customer, not a number. Mediocre seems to be the latest standard for customer service. It's refreshing to know that exceptional customer service still exists.”

“Always friendly, helpful, easy online banking. Compared to other banks I have used, I feel completely at ease with keeping my money in this bank. The app is so easy to use, it is very secure.”

“In a world where outsourced service and long waits on hold are the norm WaFd Bank stands out. In person service, local branch answers the phone and walk in personal banking services are possible. How banking should be!”

“Hey--it's a bank. Money In-Money Out. I don't need my hand held. All the tellers are business-like. i would never give a 1 Star review because I got shorted $200. The guy should have brought his mommy to count his change.”
