This bank is not what it used to be. They don't care about their customers anymore. It has changed hands so many times it is no longer a home town bank.

On 9/24/24@10:25 am. I submitted 2 written requests to transfer my $ from 2 IRA accounts from Umpqua to First Interstate Bank in Redmond,Or. These requests were handled by mashana Butler and Rochel Zamora. I was told I could not get a cashier's check for my $ until requests went thru the IRA department? (Apparently at Redmond?) Rochel was to call me when that had occured.She never did.On Friday 9/27/24@1:35 pm.I was told by Rochel and Charise Ariel Martinez my requests had been sent via FedEx & would arrive that day. THEY DID NOT.! Apparently they went to Billings,Montana? My m$ is missing ? 9/28/24!

Today, one of their bank tellers, we’ll call him Speedy Gonzalez, nearly backed into my vehicle. He could not have cared less and gave ME a disapproving head shake on his way out of the parking lot. I wonder if he even realizes it is the burden of the person backing OUT to YIELD to the cars coming IN?! At the very least, act like you give a care about bank customers trying to access the business. The other teller didn’t seem to care one bit, when I described this careless man nearly backing into me as I tried to pull in. No matter, he’ll probably back right into someone one day and learn his lesson when insurance rates go up!

Mostly a great place to bank.. BUT THEY MOVED CLEAR ACROSS TOWN Not Open on Saturday.. 10 miles from where I live.. need closer location not all people live in the center of Redmond.. your last location was good..

Drove from Bend to Redmond branch because Columbiabank.com said it was open when the others were not, but it was closed with the same sign asking you to check the site for branch hours that said it was open. ATM deposits should be a thing like they are in other cities.

I do not have an account with Columbia Bank but I recently stopped in to exchange a $100 for some smaller bills. This was the closest place at the moment to do so and they were very quick and friendly.
