I am visiting from out of town and have had to call and get my prescriptions transferred with some very confusing insurance (on my end, not Walgreen's). They were incredibly helpful on the phone! They were also VERY cheerful and kind! I would 100% recommend using Walgreens Pharmacy in Redmond, OR! Thank you to all who helped me. You made my complicated transaction quite pleasant!”

“Great customer service, it can be hard to get ahold of them on the phone but they only have 2 techs and 2 pharmacists. Also, I learned that when they don’t have a medication in stock it’s because their warehouse is literally out of stock, which is out of their control. All the other pharmacies have the same issue but the genuine kindness from the staff is what makes a huge difference. Jen is an amazing pharmacist and will personally go out of her way to try and resolve any issues. Are you wondering why they’re understaffed? Well a new pharmacist was there over the weekend and one of the customers literally spit on him, and I haven’t seen him since. Maybe the problem isn’t just the staff, maybe it’s the majority of customers with their rude, deplorable behavior…”
