    This location is located right in the airport with only a short walk to your rental car. Bridget, Sydney, and James are always friendly and have outstanding customer service. Cars are always clean and well maintained. This is a great improvement from my previous interactions at this location!

    I returned a vehicle here and the staff was absolutely amazing. Bridget had talked to me earlier in the week and assured they could help me out with my cross country trip and they definitely did. Super friendly and considerate, I will definitely be recommending this location to friends and family for any needs in the future!

    What an outstanding group of people at the Hertz location in the airport at Redmond Oregon. We had accidentally left a pair of earnings in our rental car and boarded our aircraft.
