Great instructors. Awesome adult and kids classes. Huge mat space and plenty of room to roll. This is a must gym if you like to compete or if you want to get and stay in shape.

Great place to learn jiu jitsu. Their technique is not watered down like you can sometimes get in these americain dojos. Great family training atmosphere. Wonderful trajectory for your kiddos to be on.

Great place! Kids classes have multiple brown and black belt instructors giving one on one technique coaching.Awesome culture: very friendly and helpful.This was my first time taking a fitness class (always wanted to do wrestling in high school but never did, and nor very athletic) and they made me feel welcome and eager to come back! Prices are great with a discount for family members.If you are curious about jiu jitsu, you should really come by! I am so glad i did.

I am on vacation and always love to squeeze in training at new gyms wherever I go. Prof Brian, Prof Dan, and the rest of the team at Joint Lock BJJ were incredibly welcoming! I had a great time training and would recommend giving them a visit if you are in town. Thank you again for all the instruction and rolls!

I’ve started my Jiu-Jitsu journey over 2 years ago. It was one of the best decisions of my life! The coaches are phenomenal people and provide excellent classes. The facility is also very clean. I recommend Joint lock/Cascão to everyone!
