  Rented unit online and wasn't told it had a normal size door for accessing 10x10 unit. Requested in person to be changed to a unit with large door. Staff handled request immediately and was able to switch units in less than 8 minutes with all needed paperwork. Staff was very pleasant and accommodating.

  I rented a unit from northwest storage for just over a year and never had any issues. The owner was always friendly and helpful and I would rent from them again for sure!
