“The entire staff is very friendly, the prices are very fair and the service is quick. They vacuum your interior, wash your windows and top off your maintenance fluids. As a major plus, if you love coffee, they have a Keurig and a nice variety of choices for while you are waiting.”
“I needed an oil change on my sprinter van. I usually do it myself, but being on the road, I had to stop and get it done, and quickly. So I went here since it was near where I stayed. The people are friendly. The only issue I had, I do my own oil changes. I have my set of tools to do my oil change, about every 2 weeks. Never had an issue. Yesterday, I done my oil change. What a pain that was. I don't know how or what they used. The oil drain plug bolt is half stripped out. Couldn't get the socket on right. It looks like they used a power tool with the wrong size socket and tried to tighten it. Messed up the head. I know it wasn't like that when I pulled into the place. But that's how it sits now.now I have to buy a drain plug for the next time I do my oil change, to replace it. Before it's totally stripped and trying to use vise grips to get it out.”
“Stopped in Walmart, automotive for a headlight replacement and inspector, Nicola Rogan, found my headlight to be loose and not needing replacement. I had had my oil change recently and did not need another today, however, Nicola mentioned the “top treatment” for my next oil change. I will do that, as it will flush out impurities and will be cost effective in the long run. During these inflationary times I appreciate an honest, reliable source, like Walmart auto in Redmond, OR. In addition, it’s a good feeling to know that mechanics like, Nicola, can feel free to pass on beneficial tips. I will be back!”
“These guys are always pleasant. I have a large diesel cab over box truck and bring my own fluid and filter because I don't want to deal with 4 gallons of used oil every time I need an oil change. They check ally fluids and charge me $37! Win win!”
