“Jesse and crew at 9th Street Auto Repair are the best! My F150 10 speed transmission failed. Yeah, that's a suprise. Thousands of these transmissions have failed and Ford isn't standing behind their products. Ford wanted me to leave the truck with them for at least a month maybe longer to replace it. Jesse's team found the replacement in less than a day. I had lots of questions and Jesse and the ladies in the office went out of their way to answer all of them.. They said it would take 2 days to replace it and a day to reprogram it. Most of the shops in Bend wouldn't even touch it. I towed it to them on the Wednesday before Christmas for them to start on it on Thursday figuring I might have it back before New Year's Eve. if I was lucky. They finished the transmission swap and reprogramingy and I picked it up on FRIDAY before Christmas! Only one day!! I also wanted them to check the rear end to see if it needed work. Jesse told me the rear end was fine and didn't need servicing. Some shops would have gone ahead and charged for the rear end work also. The truck runs great now and I can't be more pleased with their work. They also gave me tips to keep the truck running in great shape.I highly recommend 9th Street Auto for any work you need on your car or truck.”

“I can't say enough wonderful things about the guys at Point S. My boyfriend and I both took our cars in last week - I had a nail in mine and a rusty nail in his. They told us to come in without an appointment and had both our of cars done in no time.I had to come back this week to have breaks replaced (once again, no appt needed). Initially we thought it was the rear breaks but the front ended up needing to be done as well. They charge $500 for breaks but since they had to do both front and back they gave me $100 off the service.HIGHLY recommend these guys if you need any work done.”

“Are you kidding me? Who doesn't love Costco?! We have a love hate relationship. I love going there and hate looking at my visa statement at the end of the month! Haha! Their return policy is better than no other, the quality of items they carry is guaranteed. Pricing is generally the best for what you buy. You can always get help by asking an employee at the front for assistance. I kinda like the self checkout lane if only have a few items, otherwise it's worth the wait for a checker. I will go to Costco forever until the end of the”
