I bought a new set of all weather tires yesterday from Darryl for a price comparable to the increasingly-corporate Les Schwab and even Tire Rack. My tires came in less than a week after Darryl ordered them for me and now I’m ready for winter. I have trusted my vehicles to Darryl for over 15 years and he has always taken care of me in a timely fashion and for a fair price.”

“I was on a road trip and stopped in at his location driving from Colorado to Washington. I’ve never really had a bad experience with Discount Tire and my experience stays the same no matter the location, but I do want to take the time to leave a review of my experience with the Bend - Discount Tire location. The team and staff were fantastic! Busy, but motivated, polite, professional, prompt, and attentive. I brought my car in to get my tires checked. I had a feeling there was a leak in my front tire. Within half a hour or less they were done! I was quoted a hour. They explained everything to me as they checked my tires. It ended up being my front passenger tire had a hole. Because I bought the tire certificates, I walked out not paying a dime which was nice compared to my recent visit to the Kendall Toyota dealership service team five days prior where I had to take my car in to get checked for a faulty gas cap. Now, that place was a horrible experience. I still don’t understand how I walked out of the Kendall Toyota location paying nearly $200 for a gas cap (side tangent).

To sum up; I couldn't recommend this store/brand and location enough. Highly highly recommend.”

They were able to change the tires on the spot, and everything was done in two hours. They are quick, efficient, and friendly. This should be your first and only option to get tires in Bend.”

“Les Schwab does it again! I have had a couple issues with my wheel studs in the last year that were quoted to be over $1400 in repairs at another shop. This shop, who I won’t name, actually asked me, “So, how much do you like this car?” I visited a separate shop who doesn’t specialize in those type of repairs, and they suggested I try Les Schwab before giving up entirely. I figured a third opinion wouldn’t hurt. Third times a charm, right?

Not only did they offer me a much better price, but they also found another solution for me that could work for a little bit while I was recovering (financially and physically) from extensive shoulder surgery. I finally brought the car back a few weeks ago to complete the repair. It wasn’t a cheap or easy fix, but it was completed at a MUCH more reasonable price than the original quote I got from the other shop.

My car is running great and I can finally feel safe to go on the highway and bring it on adventures! With all the added stress of surgery and whatnot, I honestly can’t thank them enough for all they did to help me out. It meant a lot to me, and I tell everyone now with tire/wheel issues to go straight to Les Schwab because I know they’ll be taken care of there.

“Exactly what you would expect from Costco...
I dropped my wife car in for a new set of tires. Firstly as you would expect the price was the best of anyone around especially considering the aftercare you continue to receive for the life of the tire.
Front desk was polite and informative, the tech that spoke with me after the installation was competent and professional.
As a mechanic myself I'm hesitant when I have others work on our cars but as I walked past the bay where my car was being worked on the technician was cleaning the mating surface with a wire brush where there was the typical rust build up on the disc occurs and then a further cleaning to finish. The wheels they worked on have a polished black finish and apart from a little bit of soap from installation they were not scratched or marked.
Once I got home I checked the lug nuts to see if they had been put on with a gun and over torqued, nope, they were set to manufacture specs.
I really wish Costco offered alignment services in house, maybe one day.
