“I was interested in a 1999 Toyota Tacoma that was for sale at Approved Auto in Redmond Oregon. I contacted Jamie about it. Jamie is a very friendly and helpful person. He walked me through the entire buying process and brought in Murry to help finalize the paperwork and perform the walk around and test drive. 90% of the purchase was done over the phone/text. The whole process was smooth and problem free. Jamie gave me a fantastic discount on the purchase price and got the truck processed through the dealership for regular maintenance, repair of a couple problems with the truck and getting it professionally detailed.
Murry was fantastic for the walk around and test drive. He made sure to fill the truck with gas, informed me of which key went to what and suggested a lock and key business for the canopy keys that were not available from the previous owner. The truck is perfect for me, the buying process was smooth and took less than 30 minutes.
