For months we got our mail just fine, we have a trunk parked next to our mailbox but not blocking it, and yesterday we got a new mail driver apparently because they didn't deliver mail, and today left a note saying to not block the mailbox, they had the nerve to get out and open the unblocked mailbox to put that note in but couldn't deliver my important mail? All because they can't stay in their van? Its unprofessional, messed up and totally unacceptable, they put a 10 day hold on my families mail, even tho the picture showing what's acceptable for the mailbox is what we have irl, if the drivers are this bad at their job they shouldn't work for the legal mail system that is in charge of delivering my bills, items and checks

They'll straight up lie about your massive package being put in a 3x12x15 inch mailbox and go about their business like normal. I have a ring camera, no one came to the door with ANY of my missing packages, my neighbors did not steal them, they'd have to be delivered for that to happen. It takes 20 years to get ahold of anyone 90% of the time for help, the drivers don't check the address, our packages have been delivered to the wrong apartments, the packaging almost always looks like it was thrown off a bridge. If you need anything important sent to you, please try to get the sender to use UPS or FedEx. I'd STRONGLY suggest not doing online wedding registries, baby registries, or Christmas shopping if you live in Redmond, there's a good chance you won't receive your package and it takes forever to get refunds deposited into yours and others accounts.

YOU GUYS NEED TO DO A BETTER JOB OF SORTING THE MAIL!! SEEMS TO BE AN ONGOING THING WHERE MY PACKAGES ARRIVE IN REDMOND AND THEN THEY GET PUT ON A TRUCK TO GO TO PORTLAND OR GOD KNOWS WHERE. ALSO HIRE SOMEBODY TO CUT YOUR GRASS MAKING THE NEIGHBORHOOD LOOK HOBO

My vacation hold mail was delivered and 50% of it was for people all over Redmond. I bundled it up and returned it to the post office. It can't be that hard, do better.

Packages consistently late by a day or two. You should be able to give out no stars on these reviews cause that’s what this post office does. Nothing. My package is late for the 100th time even though it said it was out for delivery.

Our carrier is very lazy and petty. Recycling service blocked our box so she withheld packages for two delivery days that wouldn’t fit in the mailbox and would have been left at the door anyway (Has happened multiple times).Making my son’s birthday present several days late. Can’t speak on other carriers and the clerks were nice.

Really appreciated getting me in for my passport. Been a frequent visitor and Robin and staff are always very helpful even though they're short staffed.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. Staff is rude and unprofessional so be aware. They have on their website you can do pass port walk ins you CANNOT AND THEY ARE RUDE ABOUT IT. Lines are obnoxiously long all the time expect an extremely long wait time.

Website says that they do walk-ins for passports, but they tell is at the counter that they do appointments only and are too busy for walk-ins.

Made a whoops and entered my address wrong and instead of calling me they attempted to find a non existing adress three times before sending my packages back to sender (I’ll have to wait weeks for a refund) and then called me with no real resolution. I spoke with margarita? And she also seemed unknowable and couldn't even check if my package was there or have them re delivered with the correct address. I’m not pleased, will likely not purchase anything in the future is usps has to do shipping.

The worst mail service I've ever experienced in multiple states. You get 2-3 mailmen a day. I don't know how many times I've read that others in this area are missing packages and mail. My husband's check said it was delivered Saturday and it's no where to be found. Customer service sucks (it's hard to find competent people nowadays). Seriously the worst. My mom is a retired post master in Idaho and I'm not surprised this post office doesn't get shut down or investigated for fraud.

Honestly the nicest and most helpful USPS employee’s I’ve ever encountered. Always offering solutions rather than trying to send you to the unhelpful website like every other location

The recording system is a joke- Can never get through to an actual human being to report a problem.
They reported that my package was delivered in a “parcel box”
I had no key in my mailbox so it was delivered to the wrong person!
The company that I ordered from said since it was delivered, there is nothing that can do about it?!?!
I cannot get a hold of anybody at USPS to take care of this.
I have had problems with our postal carrier in the past scribbling, nasty notes and putting big stickers, posting them all over the mailboxes as an example.
She was furious because our sprinklers came on- She did not get wet, but the sidewalk in front of her and behind her was damp.
Not sure what her problem is.
She also walks across our lawn -when I reported that; I was told that she “is union and that they are supposed to do that if it saves time”?!
I never have had package delivery issues with UPS-What is going on with United States Postal Service here in Redmond?? 😤

November 2024, I went to retrieve a package from my mail box, key left inside went to a box containing someone else's packages! I went to the office and was told to wait a couple of days to see if it turned up. The next week, I was told they would forward my information to my driver and have him call me. Driver never called. The following week, Margareta said she would personally speak to my driver and call me back.
Call back: They can not help me and they lost my package! The package contained three expensive jewelry items. Someone had a very Merry Christmas at my expense. Unfortunately, the seller/sender did not ensure the package and only wants to give me a partial refund. Ugh...
Update: Since reporting the key mix up with my mail. My driver is retaliating and is now refusing to leave packages in the box or at the door. Every refusal is marked with a different reason. Last week, it stated that delivery was attempted. Security code needed. Like I live in a gated community, right...
This week, it states that the mailbox is full...
So, he can't leave it at my door?
Absolutely incompetent and lazy! Ugh!
Update: After complaining weekly due to having to pick up packages weekly at the office for two months, Margareta took my name and number. She told me that the postmaster would be contacting me.
Update: It's been over two weeks, and the postmaster still hasn't called about my complaints. My above comment stands.
Update: February 22, 2025 I've only had two package deliveries by USPS since my last update. Today, just like in the past, notification reads delivery attempted at 9:50 a.m. How is this true when I'm in area 10, and he isn't even in my neighborhood until almost noon. I also have three cameras at the front of my house. Like in past, I have checked all of them, little activity this morning, and definitely no USPS driver. How is it that the men in Brown have no trouble walking packages to my door. Ridiculous.
