They lied to me about what my bill was going to be. Told me to bring in any phone to get the discount on my promotion, after bringing in 3 phones, turns out it has to be a Samsung or one of there's to get the discount. Then they suggest going to Walmart to BUY one to get the discount!!! Talk about bull####. NOT happy with these people!@--""

Pushing overly expensive "lifetime" screen protectors which break within a couple weeks and require a $10.00 shipping fee for a replacement. Horrible advice, shady business practice.

The manager Hunter was amazing. He fixed what so many others couldn't with my bill. After hours with others, and another Verizon store, he fixed dit in 20 mins. My service is still horrible, even sitting in their parking lot to write this review, but at least got the service I'd expect after 11 yrs with them.

This store screwed up so bad that I had taken me 3 months and 10+ hours to get it straightened out. They double charged me for my phone and when I brought it to their attention they said I had to take it up with my bank. Then once the credit card removed the charge Verizon tried to stick the $900 on my month bill. The general manager at this store was so unhelpful, she said she would do something and never followed through. One of the worst customer service attitudes I have ever encountered. Save your self the head and drive to Bend.

Verizon is a great place. And I got a really great phone. The only thing I can say that I'm not very happy about is that I'm very bummed. I'm disabled and I'm trying very hard to live on a budget. And they told me that might phone. Bill was only going to be a certain amount which I just start information. That's going to be 10 times the amount that is supposed to be and it's not supposed to be due for a month. But yet I'm supposed to pay it next week. I'm not sure how I'm gonna do that, but. I'm gonna get down because I love the phone and I do love their service

Just walked out of the Verizon store here in Redmond. If I had 3 thumbs, they would all be up. The customer service I received from Bronstan was EXCEPTIONAL. He was tenacious in getting my trade in value for me. Made several phone calls to various departments within the company to get it to go through. (Not sure what the problem was, but he fixed it.) He was so much fun to work with, I didn't mind the wait. Give that guy a raise...he deserves it!! Thanks for helping me.

I switch from a different phone company but was still paying of three of our phones. They did not tell us if we were paying on the phones that they will lock our phones. I could not get a phone because I did not get approved for more phones we had to open up two accounts. I also went back in to see if they would do anything. They would do nothing. I am going to try one of the other stores in town. Also I am a veteran and they did not even tell me I had to go to a web site to get the discount! I had to find out from the other Verizon store in town.

2/18/23- Absolutely the worst customer service ever. I have been a Verizon customer for 15 years. The manager Stephanie was very rude, condescending and they will be losing a customer due to her. Horrible manager.
