“Have known Gil & his Father n Mother for years lovely family, absolutely great and kind people. Always helpful with anything in either of Thier stores. My opinion I think they & Thier stores are so my better than most other stores we have. Will always be a lifelong customer 😊”
“This convenient store is awesome. They have great hot food, plenty of drinks to choose from as well as very friendly and helpful staff. They also take recycling whenever they have the room for it.”
“On Sunday August 7th, I was driving from Grants Pass to Coos Bay on I-5. Suddenly I got a warning that my left rear tire was low on air, then it went flat. I got off the freeway immediately. I drove to Country Corner Store.A very kind gentleman offered to change my tire. It was about 2pm I think, and very hot with no shade. I thanked the clerk, who told me he had called his brother to come and help me!Everyone was so kind and helpful! I didn't even have to ask for help.Thank you So Much! ?”
“Pioneer Market has stepped things up since the change in ownership. The store is much cleaner now, products are in good condition, and the staff is amazing and welcoming.”
“Food and products - The sandwiches are pretty decent considering it's a corner market. Cheese sticks are good as well.
Service - The clerks are always happy to make sandwiches no matter the time of day or night and never have I seen them have a bad attitude.”

“I always stop here when passing thru Umpqua country. Sure there's cheap spot market fuel available from the casino but I wouldn't run my lawnmower on that junk. Nice clean restrooms, full market with very courteous folks inside. Quick and easy on/off freeway is also a plus. Treat your vehicle right buy quality fuel here.”
“Overall good place. Good crew, great product selection, 24hour Convenience store pricing, but then again if you want walmart prices, get out of town, literally, walmart is bout a 25minute drive north, otherwise it is a 24hour mini mart right here in this little town, with lotto, cold beer and soda, hot pizza, hot coffee, Subs, road necessities, hba, toiletries, food serving utensiles, bags of ice, and lets not forget snacks snacks snacks. It does tend to get busy around lunchtime there, must be the pizza and sandwhiches, so you might end up waiting.”
“This gas station in Riddle, Oregon feels like a quiet pause along a narrow road that runs through trees and low hills 🌲. The air here is cool and clean, and everything around moves at a slower, calmer pace than in the city. You don’t rush here — you roll in, stop, breathe, and take a moment.
The station itself is simple and functional. Fuel, basic snacks, drinks, coffee, and a small store with the essentials. Nothing fancy, nothing extra — just what you need to keep moving along the road ⛽🛣. It’s the kind of place that serves travelers, locals, log trucks, and anyone passing through without trying to be anything more than it is.
Outside, the Oregon landscape does the rest. Trees line the distance, the sky often sits low and quiet, and the road gently disappears into green space. The sound of engines fades quickly, and silence returns just as fast.
This gas station isn’t a destination.
It’s a calm roadside pause — the kind that fits naturally into the forests, hills, and long roads of southern Oregon.”
