“I've never had any trouble at this branch - everyone has been friendly, courteous and very helpful. Recently my social security number was compromised. I didn't even realize i'd been hacked until Wells' Fraud Detection department alerted me. I am so grateful. My accounts were immediately put on hold and a new account was set up. Unfortunately I didn't have the new acct # and I needed access so I wouldn't default on bills set up with auto pay. I went to a regular teller window thinking I'd have to wait for an account manager but Jason (you are a wonderful wonderful person, Jason) was able to take care of all of my questions and patiently set me up so I could start my tedious recovery process. I've been a Well Fargo customer for decades and they have never let me down. Thanks Well Fargo!”
