“I had to stop by this branch from out of town and upon arriving I was greeted by all the women in the branch! Everyone was extremely friendly and chatted with me while I was making my transaction. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone who wants to be helped by friendly women who make you feel right at home. Wish my branch closer to home had this atmosphere!”

“Let me just say: This branch is full of excellent customer service. Kendon has helped me tremendously & so has the manager & the drive thru.
Im recovering from a major stroke and there has been several times where my caregivers and I needed assistance to be cautious on me walking and getting in & out of the vehicles, The lobby staff including Kendon has been more than helpful and welcoming with their curbside/ drive thru assistance on numerous occasions. And recently, I needed help getting ahold of the check image that I needed for something very important for
my healthcare. Kendon followed up and finished very strong on tracking it down and printing it out for us to get ahold of the physical proof of it! Kendon had it within before their workday ended! Ty Kendon & team at the Green Branch for your excellent service & care!🤓”

“Was in the bank today. “K” helped us out with our issue. She was quick and professional. Before we left a gentleman came in to do a transaction and she noted that what he wanted to do was most likely a scam and to be careful. From everything I heard him say it was 100% a scam and the poor guy still wanted to move forward even after being warned. I felt bad for both of them. He was about to lose some hard earned money and she could see the man about to lose his money and nothing she could do for him. She even gave him a flyer to show him all the scams out there. It was sad to see him going forward and her helplessness to not be able to stop him.”

“Rachel Thompson was out Loan Officer for a home we recently bought in the Roseburg, Oregon area. She was excellent, always on top of paperwork and had answers to questions we might have. Prudy Munson also worked in the office and always answered the phone when we called. This is really important when you're buying a home on a timeline and needed things to go through on time. Rachel has retired but the person who has taken her place has contacted us to make sure we had her contact info in case we needed it. Umpqua Bank has done an excellent job on our mortgage. I would definitely use them again if I needed another loan.”
