“Last fall I looked at a lot of used motorcycles from private parties. Without asking several guys told me when I do buy a motorcycle if I need any work done to take it to Zoom as they are Good Guys. After buying a bike I did need some work done. The guys at Zoom aren't Good, they are GREAT. They did a great job on my motorcycle and being a 2005 they looked all over the internet to find parts at a reasonable price to save Me money. I got the bill from them and it was half of what I expected. I can't thank Dustin the owner and Nelson the mechanic enough for what they did. They have a customer for life with me.”
“Our bus broke down while traveling, and Southern Oregon Diesel completely turned a stressful situation around. Derek, the manager, went above and beyond—he helped us get our bus to the shop, gave us rides to and from our hotel, and even worked extra over the holiday to get us back on the road. His wife surprised us with homemade cookies, and by the end of it all, we felt like we had made lifelong friends. Incredible service, genuine kindness, and people who truly care. We can't thank Derek and the entire team enough!”
“Lance and his staff do excellent work!
I’ve had my sxs serviced there twice and have been very happy with the work and customer service.
I went in looking for mower blades recently. They don’t carry them, but Lance offered to put an edge mine, if I wanted.
I will continue to bring my equipment to WE&S”
“I hit a deer on a Sunday, took my car to him on Monday, he had it in the shop and done the next Monday , gave me a great deal and buffed out some scratches for me with no extra charge. I’d say this is a very fair and honest man who is meticulous about his work, treated my 2022 civic very well , highly recommend!!!”

“Auto Value is my new and old parts supplier. Years ago I would stop on my way thru town and pick up A/C parts for my shop. Im retired now so I've 'rediscovered' the high quality and fair pricing of a few items I've picked up lately. Darrel has a good team at Auto Value and I know ill be returning again and again. Thanks guys !”
“Our Class C RV had a run in with a pole barn door. Feared our view window over the cab would need replacing. Brought it to SCC.
Wayne spent a considerable amount of time and effort thoroughly inspecting every inch of that window mount. He obviously has vast knowledge of how things work. He determined the mount was not compromised. He even removed some paint transfer that occurred as a result of the collision. Didn't even charge us. Very fortunate to have this business in our area. Thanks again Wayne!”
“Great customer service, friendly atmosphere, inshop parts, knowledgeable mechanics for 4-wheel drive off road. Associated with Champagne Creek obstacle course. Training for side x side, 4-wheel and steep angle rescue”
“Came in because I needed to get my car diagnosed. They let me know it was the alternator and got me the part and fixed within the same hour of me coming for the diagnosis. Also what I paid was on the very low end of what google said I would have to pay. So I'm happy with everything over all. Employees were friendly too.”
“Great place to go get parts for your Toyota. They did an excellent job for me on the last 3 vehicles I have bought at Clint Newell, helping me buy and install quality accessories for my trucks. Go see Cameron he has worked there for many years and is very knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend him and the other staff to help you complete your vehicle with whatever extras you are thinking about buying. They use quality parts and have many different options for you. I will definitely be back to purchase more in the future.”
“I took my truck to Ralph Garza’s Body & Paint in Roseburg Oregon for a color-matching project, and the results are flawless. He & his daughter Jessie painted my side body moldings, door handles, tailgate handle, and the front lower bumper valance to match the factory finish.
The color match is spot-on—you can’t tell the difference between the new paint and the original body panels. The finish is smooth, professional, and has completely transformed the look of the vehicle by getting rid of the textured plastic look. If you’re looking for high-quality paint work in Roseburg, Ralph & Jessie are the ones to see. Highly recommended!”

“Went in to seek help as my key fob fell apart. I thought I would have to buy a new one. The young man looked up the fob and I saw a new one would be $98. He pieced mine back together, came outside to make sure it worked. He saved me $98 with a smile. Thank you so much for taking the time and effort to help.”
“I returned a battery that still had a year left on the warranty, but I had gotten this one from a warranty on another battery. The associate told me the warranty was only good once. However, he gave me a good discount on a new battery.”
“This has been my number one fuel and auto needs station for over 20 yrs ! You need race fuel ? Yup ? OK'S is where you want to go !! Trust me you won't be disappointed ! Great prices and friendly service every time 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
“This business works hard at what they are given. Dealing with insurance companies and shipping hassles. They try their best. Sometimes short handed but work at making things work the best they can. I love their dogs. Over friendly sometimes. The most aggressive they are is happy to see you and wants everyone to pay attention to them. I recommend their services.”
“They did a beautiful job fixing my baby, when a deer ran out in front of me. They were extremely thorough and actually made sure to use all new parts when possible and replaced everything that was the slightest damaged. She's back with me now, better than ever. Not only that, but they even cleaned her out inside and vacuumed her for me 🥰😍. To top it all off, it was all done in about 2 weeks. It would have been sooner, but they found more damage and wanted to make sure it was perfect 👌. They handled everything, submitted the updated repairs to the insurance and got her back to prime in no time. Thousands of dollars 💲💲💲 in brand new parts and I was only responsible for my deductible. I'm so glad I went with them. Thank you so much ❤ 💓”
“Great people to buy a car from ! They were very helpful and made everything easy and fast. They met with all of our needs and budget and gave us a very good deal with good payments as a first time car owner/buyer.”
“Shout out to the staff and crew at Horizon Auto Body. They did a great job repairing my Honda HR-V. They kept me informed and my car looks great ?? Thanks!”

“Excellence is seen in how they serve their customers. They offer quality auto parts. The staff know what they are doing and are good with people skills when they talk with you about your needs. I have had nothing but good experiences at getting the parts that I need, at a good price, and with all the tips and details that I may need to know in mechanical procedures on how to do the work that I need to do.”
