“The springs on our 5th wheel broke about 40 miles south of Sutherlin on our trip to Arizona. With the help of a wonderful tow truck driver we were able to limp to Great Northern. The owner knew of our situation. As soon as we drove in three guys immediately started working on it. In just a few short hours we were back on the road. “We were road tripping to King of the Hammers in Johnson Valley California from Buckley Washington and Travis saved the whole trip!
I’ve worked in the industry over 13 years so I always do the work myself and ordered the RV alternator we needed online. This Napa location was the only one between all three states that had one in stock. Amazing! The issue? It’s Sunday and Napa closes at 5pm and GPS said we wouldn’t arrive until 5:19pm.
Travis was our hero by getting the authorization from management to wait for us to arrive to pick up the alternator. We added some batteries to our order to make it extra worth his time, but what an amazing young man for doing so with zero complaints or hesitation. He really went above and beyond for us out of towners, on a weekend night, when he could have easily said “no we can’t”. This is appreciated far beyond words.
