“These guys are miracle workers and super patient. I brought in my 1995 Jeep XJ and they had the water pump replaced and had her running by the next day! They didnt try to sell me anything extra. They were super patient working with me on payment and pick up as well. I didnt peek too much but the shop seems well kept and organized. Julie I believe is the main service advisor and she is very awesome. So knowledgeable, kind and personable! Definitely the right person for her role. If you have something you need done on a rig, Patriot is by far my first pick.”

(They even cleaned up the engine compartment, which was an unexpected, pleasant surprise). The whole experience was exceptional from the 1st phone call until I got my car back. After being jacked around by the preferred provider through my insurance agents claims adjuster, someone told me to call these guys. The man who answered the phone, didn't just rush me off the phone. He sat and listened to what I had been dealing with, and listened with interest.
