“Danny and the team always greet me and make me feel welcome whenever I visit the Les Schwab on Diamond Lake Blvd in Roseburg. The service is excellent, and I appreciate the guidance they provide to help me choose the right tires for my vehicles and keeping me safe on the road.
They also recommended upgrades for my truck, including airbags for hauling, a leveling kit, and larger tires. These improvements not only enhanced the look of my truck but also significantly improved its towing performance and made longer camping trips with my family more comfortable.

“I was stranded in Roseburg Oregon when my Dodge Ram 4x4 with Cummins had a fuel system problem.
Kevin the owner offered assistance of tow in referral and key drop off after hours on late Friday afternoon. This town shuts down, most repair shops weren’t even answering calls and towing company was closing down after 5pm.
And, he assured me he will attend the problem first thing on Monday. All other shops couldn’t get to even looking at my truck for days and even a week. Kevin was very helpful as a traveler stranded in middle of mountain. Beautiful place though!”

“My mom and I are here visiting from out of town and unexpectedly had to stop here because our car had low oil and we suspected there was a leak. The gentleman who greeted us & worked on our car was so nice and very informative! He filled up the oil for us no problem, thankfully there were no leaks. Then he topped off the washer fluid and tires while he was at it. We were sitting there for maybe 10 minutes? The gentleman returned when it was done and told us that all services are covered today. He said we were sitting there too long, and not to worry about the payment. I didn’t feel like we were there for long, but my mom and I greatly appreciated this nonetheless, especially since we’re on vacation and didn’t want to be dealing with car expenses in the first place! We insisted on paying for at least something but they didn’t let us. I can’t even say how much this blessed our family! So so thankful, not just for our free service but for how kind and helpful the team was. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for car services!”

“After buying a used vehicle from Washington it broke down in oregon on the way back to california. Mobile tune was the nearest mechanic that would take a look the following day. At first they thought it was a radiator issue totaling $900 roughly then the following day they found blown head gaskets and quoted me $7500 for a long block that included engine replacement changed radiator hoses and fittings, new water pump, new thermostat, radiator replacement, serpentine belt, and new fluids. In the end the total bill came just under $7800. After being stranded in oregon for almost a month, i went home and came back about two weeks later to pay for the repairs. Not barely 3 weeks later my water pump is failing, there was air left in the cooling system and my thermostat damaged. I was told to go to a napa auto parts center to have it looked at. Mobile tune has undergone new management/ownership. Before i took it somewhere for a diagnosis i was told to add water to the coolant reservoir and flush it out with a hose. I didnt feel comfortable doing any of that so i took it in and my diagnosis came to a reccomended $1900 repair that included new thermostat and water pump. i had to argue Ken, the old owner down for information on that warranty along with information regarding how many miles and the VIN. Fortunately the rest of the staff was friendly and reasonable, except Ken, he had very questionable behavior. So happy that this place went under new ownership and management. After speaking with Steve, he told me he would take care of the new replacement parts, what a relief! Dave, Sean and Steve are great 10/10”

“I had an intermittent issue starting my car for 4 months. 4 months!! It was really impacting my life because I could not guarantee my reliability for anything. My work is appointment-based and I must drive from place to place, so this was not good for me at all.
I finally switched from my old mechanic to these guys, and within under 24 hours they had not just identified, but actually fixed the issue. They were prompt, professional, and to the point - no frills, in the best way possible. I dropped my car off Tuesday and it was ready to go by mid afternoon Wednesday.
My car is starting up like a dream. It is a massive load of stress and worry off my back.

“I broke down on the I-5 pulling my camping trailer with my suburban. I am from Arizona and am a long way from home. My drive line snapped and this small community came through for me. I cannot appreciate B&C Driveline and Machine Shop enough for repairing my vehicle in nothing flat by rebuilding my driveline and having us back in the road almost immediately.
We were so distraught and anxiety filled and these people were so genuine and nice they really don’t understand how much I appreciate they swift and prompt attention to my problem. These people care. Thank you sooo much again..”
“Stopped in with an engine derate. Mike, in the service department, wrote me up and got a mechanic on it to let me know what was going on. He got me an estimate and explained what was happening. I requested that he just clear the codes so that I could get my load delivered, knowing that it didn't fix anything and that if I damaged it, it was on me.
Got load delivered and made it back to a Pape closer to where I delivered. Bought fuel filters in Roseburg too, and prices weren't bad. Everyone I interacted with was great and helpful. Thankful for their help in getting me sorted and delivered.

“I was informed of the quality of these guys' service just a day too late. After being jacked around by the preferred provider through my insurance agents claims adjuster, someone told me to call these guys. The man who answered the phone, didn't just rush me off the phone. He sat and listened to what I had been dealing with, and listened with interest. He talked me through a few things and even offered to help me out if I just wanted to call and confirm or bounce things off of him while these other guys were working on my vehicle! Such a HUGE difference from what I had been dealing with. I know now that if I EVER need repairs done to my vehicle again, this is the place to go. “They did a beautiful job fixing my baby, when a deer ran out in front of me. They were extremely thorough and actually made sure to use all new parts when possible and replaced everything that was the slightest damaged. She's back with me now, better than ever. Not only that, but they even cleaned her out inside and vacuumed her for me 🥰😍. To top it all off, it was all done in about 2 weeks. It would have been sooner, but they found more damage and wanted to make sure it was perfect 👌. They handled everything, submitted the updated repairs to the insurance and got her back to prime in no time. Thousands of dollars 💲💲💲 in brand new parts and I was only responsible for my deductible.
