“Brock, Shannon, and the rest of the staff provided outstanding customer service when we went in to open a “55+” account. Shannon was new, but she researched and communicated as much as she could about a variety of T Mobile services. Brock, in particular, was not only the most knowledgeable, he was also extremely patient, kind, and helpful to his two “senior” clients. Hopefully, our new T-Mobile service will work flawlessly, but if we will ever need to go to their office, I would be happy to see the team again at this location as we’ve already experienced their outstanding level of customer service. “I went in today ..my phone that I had from another company when I switched to UScellular finally came to an end ..the screen was toast and very difficult to read or even keep from freezing up..I took the pieces in taped together Meg spent hours finding saving and switching my info over..it was not an easy task..some apps were impossible..one app wanted to be sure it was me and asked for my great great grandfather's middle name ..b4 they transfered my info...but she got it done ..3 thumbs up”
