“I recently needed several medical supplies after an accident, which meant visiting Rick's two days in a row and working with a couple of different staff members. This wasn't my first experience with them—I've been there before for unrelated needs—and once again, I was extremely impressed. I had virtually no wait time, and every question I asked, no matter how small or silly I thought it was, was taken seriously. The staff made sure I understood everything and never made me feel rushed. One staff member even got down on the floor to help properly fit the walking boot on my ankle. Another took the time to try several different wrist braces because some irritated my skin, and they wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable and happy before I left. Every person I interacted with was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about providing excellent customer service. Their kindness and attention to detail made a difficult situation much easier. Rick's has earned my trust through both this experience and previous visits, and they will absolutely be my first choice for medical supplies in town.
