They NEVER answer their phone. Prices are steep. As a caretaker for my elderly mother, I do not always have time to go in to the store just to find out they don't have what is needed or the price is 2x more than other places. I want to support the local stores, but they make it hard to do so.

All the people that work there are awesome. Candi is a rockstar. BUT getting someone on the phone takes so long!!!!! You wait and wait and then it finally gives you a voicemail option after 10 to 20 mins. Give that option right away obviously you have a staffing issue so let me have the voicemail option right away.
