??? No details I walked right out... 3 or 4 tellers somebody put up a sign they were closing somebody else was talking One teller seemed just confused.. I just went down to green and had Chris take care of all my banking..

NWCU has excellent customer service. Don't feel like you're just a number to them. The tellers are friendly and efficient.

We did like them for our auto loans but we tried using our "skip one payment" and even called 3 weeks in advance (their site says to call 2 weeks ahead) to have it set up that way because of automatic billing. they said the skipped payment was set up for January 25th, we even double confirmed it with the lady on the phone then and now January the 25th is here they took the money first thing last night and when I called to get it fixed because it was half of our rent money for next week, they told us there's nothing can or will do because the payment already posted. It's YOUR guys mistake and you won't even make it right? Really disappointing and upsetting.

I decided to have a second checking account and went with Northwest. In one weekend they managed to not review my deposits and claim I was overdraftong my account and charge me FOUR TIMES.I have been with my other financial institution for seven years. I have NEVER paid an overdraft fee. Even if you make a mistake, fix it before they close the day and no harm is done.Northwest is choosing to take whatever they can from their members during hard times. 4 deposits I made. 4 fees they charged.I strongly urge anyone that is looking for a decent checking account to use any other credit union. The only reason I used Northwest was because of the higher interest rates they had for savings. It was not worth it. I lost money using them. Find an institution that actually rewards their members and understands life happens and gives you a chance to fix it before being greedy and money hungry.This is not how a credit union behaves.....this is how a bank behaves

In the past 5 years or so I've come to realize that NWCCU is the best place to take care of my finances. Always helpful, kind and prompt taking care of all my financial needs. Low interest rates, convenient and so easy to work with, I love them !

My girlfriends bank card expired so she is screwed on money because you guys didn't send her the new bank card. Every bank I have ever used send the new card BEFORE the other one expires

I am sad to report that after 8+ years of banking with NWCU, I am leaving NWCU due to poor customer support and laziness. I created a new startup company that took over another active business and went to NWCU to get the business bank account and other financials ready for opening day. I worked with a representative at the green district office location to get everything going. At first the rep was great, but when asked to make some changes on the account the rep was very rude and lazy, quite frankly. As a result of this terrible experience, I am leaving NWCU to go to one of their local competitors.

Today is Monday April the 13th. I realize things are not normal for business at this time. I have called them 4 times today. Each time I was on hold for more than 30 min. Then I would hang up. I called my other Credit Union. They answered right away and I had to wait less than 30 seconds. I do not understand the difference in time.. These 2 business are only blocks away from each other. Makes a person think...

This has been my first and only financial institution I've used. It is the one I plan on using, because throughout the years their customer service has been absolutely amazing. This review is about my interactions on 4-1-2020. Things are really hard right now, the Roseburg location has definitely stepped up to protect us. I went to the atm and as I was in line the teller out front chit chatted with myself and the other person behind me while keeping more than 6 feet distance. It was the best human interaction I've had since this social distancing started. I left with a smile on my face. Thank you for being in Roseburg ?
