“These guys are always kind, professional, and explain the oil change and any other check or service as they go. They are always transparent about the price of each service and double check before proceeding. They do a thorough check of every liquid, valve, light, filter… anything you could ask for. Super nice, where we always bring every car we own.”

“I've always had fantastic visits to this location! The staff are always super nice, they explain everything clearly & thoroughly. The prices are reasonable. I appreciate that no matter how busy it is when customers arrive, they always do what they can to get you done in 15 minutes (per their signage). I live out of state now but come to town to visit family. I love the customer service these guys provide & their work ethic so they'll always get my business over the store where I live whenever I'm heading to Roseburg.”
“My mom and I are here visiting from out of town and unexpectedly had to stop here because our car had low oil and we suspected there was a leak. The gentleman who greeted us & worked on our car was so nice and very informative! He filled up the oil for us no problem, thankfully there were no leaks. Then he topped off the washer fluid and tires while he was at it. We were sitting there for maybe 10 minutes? The gentleman returned when it was done and told us that all services are covered today. He said we were sitting there too long, and not to worry about the payment. I didn’t feel like we were there for long, but my mom and I greatly appreciated this nonetheless, especially since we’re on vacation and didn’t want to be dealing with car expenses in the first place! We insisted on paying for at least something but they didn’t let us. I can’t even say how much this blessed our family! So so thankful, not just for our free service but for how kind and helpful the team was. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube for car services!”
