Patients can order and pay for their own labs without a doctor's order via the patient portal, which is very easy to use. While wait times can sometimes exceed the appointment, the staff are frequently described as super nice, friendly, kind, knowledgeable, and quick. They provide a positive, peaceful, and encouraging experience, especially for children, with tools like Quiggles to help. The technicians are noted for being incredible and making the blood draw process nearly painless.

Please consider bringing back a receptionist to greet people - if that is not doable, fixing the boarded up window would be much more welcoming for a medical office.

Tacey, the phlebotomist was great! There was practically no wait, they were super speedy. Friendly people and she was gentle about everything!

I was given plenty of time to sign in as I had already made the appointment on line. It took just 2 minutes to sign in, I was called in politely, taken care of and left 10 minutes later.
