Staff is friendly and helpful. Online appointments are easy, as well as check-in at the facility. Cost is much cheaper than what I pay through the local hospital for the same tests.

When someone calls the phone number it means they want to talk to a human.

CIARA IS SO POSITIVE AND GETS MY BLOOD ON THE FIRST POKE! I'M A HARD DRAW AND SO APPRICIATED HER! TIMES BEFORE I'VE HAD PEOPLE POKE ME THREE TIMES!

Quest is great when you make a appointment. Walk ins aren't so fortunate. Ciara was a wonderful employee to have draw my blood work.

I don't know why one bothers to make an appointment if they will see you forty-five minutes later.

Wow... making an appointment made little or no difference, still waited 25 minutes. The phlebotomist (Ciara) was very good at drawing blood, but holy cow girl.. did they teach you any communicating skills at phlebotomy school? How about, 'Hello' or 'Good Morning' ... ANYTHING would be better than saying nothing and me feeling like I am a royal pain in the neck for even being there. Sorry I interrupted your day. Not sure I can go back there. Having no one at the front desk except a repeating TV video was nothing short of torture. Yikes... that was awful.

Made an appointment for my husband at 8 am. He arrived early only to find that there was no appointment! Can't contact anybody about this issue! Very unhappy with the service! Dealing with only a computer is frustrating! Do better! This is unacceptable!

The person who drew the sample, I think her name was maybe Dawn. Anyway she was good and quick.I live that you can self order and self pay through requestatest, no battling insurance. No, I don't like that you can't call a real person for the location but it's not the employees fault. They are just understaffed and overworked I think.

I walked in with much hesitation based on the reviews I had read and heard about the Roseburg location.I walked in on a Monday afternoon without an appt and noticed a digital check-in. I answered all the questions and was given a time at 2:30pm. So I left and was ready to return 15 minutes before my appt. Around 1:30pm I received an automated text reminding me of my appt. I arrived at 2:15om and the waiting room was full. I was worried it was going to be a long wait but at 2:35 Pauline came out and called my name. She was very personable and did a great job drawing my blood. I never called this location but I can say it's well equipped for walk-ins.

I guess Quest has decided to drop customer service at their window. They have one worker, Pauline, who appears very unfriendly. And one other worker, Ciara, who makes up for their lack of care. I waited 1 hour and 10 minutes; I did not have an appointment. I heard the worker tell a customer that we are trying to move everything to appointments. Yet their sign says, Walk-ins are welcome. Well, I guess if you are sick, just seen the doctor, or even just trying to get it done, Quest is not the place to go. I hope doctors realize that good patient care is all about the tests, treatment, and the places we get them. Quest is no longer a friendly place to receive blood draws. Perhaps, the Quest agency needs to hire another or two other workers. It might ease the traffic, the long waits. Or maybe they should let the public know that they cannot meet the demands of the community. I hope you all read this and make up your own mind. Let Quest know that the patient should not have an unpleasant experience just to log in and wait over an hour.

This place is a joke. It’s also the only place in the area you can get drug tested. The lady working there said they are “too busy to answer the phone so I wouldn’t bother calling”. You need to set up an appointment to be tested but you have to go there to set it up, and even then they can’t adhere to the appointment schedule. Such a waste of time and staffed by people that are obviously extremely unhappy with their jobs, not at all friendly or willing to help. Best of luck to everyone!

I stopped by for a quick blood test for PSA and the phlebotomist was flibant, didn’t ask for my DOB to confirm my test, didn’t show me the blood sample to confirm it was me, gave me a huge hematoma on my arm. Bad deal! She was a poor employee

They have dispensed with all humans but the phlebotomists. They don’t seem to always get faxed lab orders, and when they do it’s all by paper and the phlebotomist has to spend 15m typing the order into the computerThey can’t be contacted by phone. Appointments run very late without informing you (even though they say they’ll text). There is no reception desk, just a checkin machine. So phlebotomists are stressed cos anytime they stick their heads out to get a patient they have to deal w all the questions.
