Scheduling an appointment over the phone is a joke, had one for the afternoon but got treated like a walk in because the system had some issues.
Wasted over an hour being there. Just go elsewhere, even labcorp

This place sucks, never ever has my online appointment worked! My appointment was for 20 minutes ago still no help. Gal came out 10 ago and said she would get me help. This place is an absolute joke!!!!

August 2025 - The last time I rated a 4 but this time was definitely a 5+. I made an appointment, came in 15 minutes early and was out of the office before my appointment time even happened. I was very pleased. The tech was great. I always have problems with finding my veins but she did a great job. Minimal pain, very, very minimal pain, so I was very pleased. Thanks!!

Do not make an appointment then show up early. Tried to get in a few hours early and was the 2nd person in at opening and was repeatedly skipped over. Finally had an opportunity to ask someone and was told to come back. I believe its a kiosk issue that could of possibly been easily fixed if someone actually worked the front desk.

Place is completely horrible. No person at desk, ever. Make an appointment?? Haha, yeah right, that does not matter, apparently folks' time does not mean anything to this two bit lab. What a joke. Stay far far far away from this complete farce of a lab. Terrible.

There is no receptionist. You check in at a kiosk. They have a You Tube video about it when you set up your account. I REALLY like that you can order and pay for your own labs without a health care provider's order.

Got in about 30 minutes after my actual appointment time, which was disappointing, but the staff were all super nice and friendly and that made up for it.

Horrible. No human available at the window, no live option on the phone tree. They allowed me to make an appointment for an employer drug screen at 1. I drove 1.5 hours to get there, found a note taped to the window that drug screens aren’t performed after 1 pm. Hopeful because they took me back at 12:50, but they wouldn’t do the drug screen. So another 3 hour round trip just to get this one thing accomplished. It was like dealing with robots.

Not having a receptionist is a disservice to your patients. While I was able to use the kiosk, many others I saw while waiting had difficulty with this and seemed exasperated not being able to speak to an employee. Also, this lab is not conducive to walk in appointments. My puncture site was bleeding but the tech was not allowed to use coban wrap to help stop the bleeding 🩸.

Just got my blood drawn here and Ciara is amazing! She was super quick, kind and knowledgeable. I hate getting my blood drawn but I barely felt the poke. Thank you so much for all you do Ciara!!
