All the people that work there are awesome. Candi is a rockstar. BUT getting someone on the phone takes so long!!!!! You wait and wait and then it finally gives you a voicemail option after 10 to 20 mins. Give that option right away obviously you have a staffing issue so let me have the voicemail option right away.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! My husband was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and another local medical supply company said it would be a month before they could get him a cpap machine. We contacted Rick's and it was done the SAME DAY!!!! I am extremely impressed and grateful for their kindness and support.
