“They were busy while I was there waiting for my flat to be fixed, had hot coffee for those waiting as well as popcorn. There is a waiting area with a TV and some magazines. It is close to the mall and you could wait there instead. I waited about 1.5 hours to get my tire fixed on a Wednesday morning.”

“I was traveling and had a sidewall leak which caused my tire to go flat quickly. I was about 10 miles from the nearest repair. Les Schwab arrived quickly, brought me and out a replacement tire. The service was fantastic, the technician was polite, reassuring and I was back on the road in little over an hour. That included travel time, going back to the shop and getting me a new tire, (I discovered I didn’t have a spare) taking the old tire off, mounting the new one, invoice and I was on my way. He advised me to stop at the next Les Schwab (which we figured out by my travel plans) and have my lug nuts torque again. (I have after market rims) I HIGHLY recommend calling on them! ❤️”
